I think there are several levels of ‘payback’ to come (social media, news, individuals), but the college itself could be held responsible for bad behavior of students. Just in a single year of attendance...he could ‘yank’ on a hundred students and hand each a $100k lawsuit. Might be shock over how easy it is to fall into this pit.
