The lesson is to stand on your principles no matter what.
Out of six guys in my Dept., three of us didn't want the vax - two relented due to the Federal "mandate" and I stood my ground (even before it became apparent everyone who requested a Religious Exemption would get it).
My manager said he was blown away that I would risk ending a 42-year career on principle.
If one doesn't stand for something, one is liable to fall for anything.

Well, now the Company is on the hook for Adverse Reactions and long term health consequences of the Jab. Let management and HR choke on that liability.
Perhaps that was the point of these employer mandates all along...
Never be “pressured” to take something that is dangerous to your health and could easily kill you.
Even hyenas wouldn’t do that and we are supposedly smarter humans.
