"Do you miss President Trump and I?"
Me feel the same way.
More to the point it is grammatically incorrect.
Mike Pence was a good and loyal soldier for Trump. He was asked to do something that he felt he could not do. His four years of absolute loyalty should be recognized. I was at government meetings with him and he was always giving all the credit to Trump. Truly not fair. Would I support him? No. But it’s not because of what happened in January.
No, he was not. You are in denial. VP Pence refused to support President Trump on numerous occasions. Too many to mention in fact. Among the low lights were the General Flynn issue, impeachment hoax 1.0 and 2.0 and the stolen election. The cherry on top was Pence’s Chief of Staff being BANNED from the Trump White House for disloyalty.
I don’t agree that he was loyal besides that day. He also never commented on the voter fraud period or told the state legislatures to act.
What about that broadway show called “The King And I”?
with Yul Brenner and Deborah Kerr.
I don’t have any personal experience with Pence as you do. And I liked him in the beginning as a quiet insider.
And that’s it.
I don’t even completely hold his being used as a tool by the Left during the Flynn debacle against him, though he was all too helpful to them in his ignorance.
The dissatisfaction with Pence is not limited to FR either, I assure you.
From where I sit, he was the only one (when it landed in his lap) who could have done what was necessary to attempt to address this wrong, and he deferred that and sided with the people who said Trump should meekly leave office and not contest it.
I won’t forgive him for that. I have had a belly full of it these last five years.
We elected him to make hard choices if need be, and one was needed. Like the rest of the Republican Party that largely shut up and kept their heads down so they wouldn’t draw fire, he punted to try to save his political skin.
I know how you feel about the FR firing squad. But I won’t protect Pence here.
“ This is what I hate about FR. Mike Pence was a good and loyal soldier for Trump.”
~~~~~~~
Were you programmed to think that, and that is why you are unaware of
Pence’s often repeated disloyalty to Our President?
or are you attempting to program us?
We all have Type O's (or suffer spell checker damage) once in awhile...
;>)
Me miss he, but not Mikey.
Hitting the unsubscribe button only puts you on a list to receive even more spam. Just put the emails you don’t want in the spam folder. After once or twice all subsequent emails will go in the spam folder and you can delete them without reading. Same goes with responding to texts with STOP. Instead just click on the pull down menu and put the number in the reject list.
I totally understand and respect what you are saying.
No Mike, you’re a Weasel!
Do you miss I?
—
Me miss Trump!
Lack of proofreading plain and simple.
Well - What about it?
It is not a complete clause (doesn't contain a verb), but it is apparently in the nominative case, e.g.: "The King and I had supper together" or "The King and I were good friends."
Dative case: "The letter was handed to the King and me."
Accusative case: "He saw the King and me."
Anyone who has studied a foreign language like Russian (six cases) or German (four cases) would never make such a mistake!
Regards,
I hate to say this…but If Trump comes back with Pence on his ticket…we are being “played a fool”
I is proper as a subject, not as an object. “The King and I” is the subject of the sentence.
Even the incredibly brilliant former Rhodes Scholar Bill Clinton used the wrong pronoun form in one of the debates in 1992 (had "I" as the object of a preposition).
There was a "Far Side" cartoon about the drafting of the US Constitution: "Should that be 'We the People' or 'Us the People'?" So it has been a problem for a long time.
