In-N-Out Burger blasted the city of San Francisco's proof of COVID-19 vaccination requirements after the San Francisco Department of Health closed one of the popular California burger joint's locations for serving customers who were not carrying the proper papers.
"On Thursday, October 14, the San Francisco Department of Public Health closed our restaurant at 333 Jefferson Street because In-N-Out Burger Associates (employees) were not preventing the entry of Customers who were not carrying proper vaccination documentation," In-N-Out Burger's chief legal and business officer, Arnie Wensinger, said in a statement.
"Our store properly and clearly posted signage to communicate local vaccination requirements," Wensinger said. "After closing our restaurant, local regulators informed us that our restaurant Associates must actively intervene by demanding proof of vaccination and photo identification from every Customer, then act as enforcement personnel by barring entry for any Customers without the proper documentation."

Once most everything is electric, with upwards of 95+ million cars becoming electrical appliances, like lawnmowers etc, I’d bet money they’ll start implementing electrical power rationing in states run by leftists. Only charge batteries on odd or even days etc...
But they’re not allowed to stop brazen shoplifters. WTF??!!?
I asked for the results of their latest HIV test.
Yeah, before someone cries at me, this person was not just an employee, they were the owner.
We went to the place next door where they did not ask for personal information.
Good for you!!
Good decision. Don’t set your cashiers up for being Rage Targets when they ask the customer to Mask up.
A small segment of the population becomes fully ticked off when a store clerk asks them to conform.
It’s easy for administrators to make these every changing rules. They are not on the front lines.
Be mindful of your FR manners, especially when dealing with someone who has been here a long time compared to your noob status.
You can get a great Burger around here though.
There are so many great places, but in my mind, the very best Burger that I ever had was in a place in Newport, Rhode Island. That was a bit of a while ago, as Newport is not some place that I could easily walk to. It is a good distance from where I live.
We don't have that same Freeway mentality around these parts. I cannot speak to Texas patterns, but it is a big State so I would imagine that people think little of traveling by minutes rather than miles there. My first time in Los Angelas my cousin said that she lived 50 minutes away from my Aunt's house. I drove it later, it was 85 freaking miles. OMG.
Anyhow, that burger, it was like a a taste of Heaven. I cannot recall the name of the place but I could find it easy enough. I have been meaning to for a long time.

Oh thank you for pointing out that one’s debate quality and arguments and laying out facts are based entirely on how long one has been registered on an internet forum, how silly of me
You’re not going to win this....guaranteed. Don’t take your disagreement from thread to thread....noob!
I just searched for In n Out. They must not be in our neck of the woods.
Whatever, troll
In n out is limited in geographic area because they have to deliver their burger meat fresh since it is not frozen
LOLOLOL! How cute.
“In-N-Out is a Christian-owed and run business”
When we lived in CA, we appreciated going there and finding Scripture references on their cups and other things.
” and has the best hamburgers on the West coast.”
Never was impressed with their burgers ... meh. I did like their fries, though.
>LOLOLOL
Are you a 12 year old because only adolescents would use gibberish like that
Wow, you have absolutely no manners, FR or otherwise. I predict (as have others) you won’t last long around here.
Watching and waiting. God bless you!!
Question of the month - at least! Thank You!!!
West coast-ish I believe. Just like Whata Burger has no franchises near us. Nor does Blake’s Lotta Burger. And I can’t afford to buy one either. Dang. In and Out we do have so...........
