Masked Criminal Emboldened By Ridiculous CA Shoplifting Law, Walks Behind Pharmacy Counter, Fills His Arms With Prescription Drugs and Walks Away [VIDEO]

In the state of California, shoplifting is described as the act of entering an open business and intending to take items that total less than $950. In the past, what was considered shoplifting, was actually identified as burglary in the eyes of the law. This meant that prosecutors could charge it as a felony offense. Nowadays, shoplifting is its own thing and is a misdemeanor offense.

As a misdemeanor offense, a person being charged with shoplifting can face no more than 6 months in jail, a fine no larger than $1,000, or some combination of both. However, if a person has been charged with certain convictions in the past, the shoplifting offense could be charged as a felony instead of a misdemeanor. This would carry much steeper penalties.

In Santa Ana, California, shoplifters who are emboldened by the lack of law enforcement in their state have taken shoplifting to an entirely new level. In the video below, a shoplifter can be seen boldly walking behind the drug counter and filling his arms with prescription drugs. The pharmacists panic but are unable to stop the large, black male, who casually walks out from behind the counter and heads for the exit. It’s almost as if he knows he can’t be touched by employees or law enforcement.

You can hear the criminal tell the manager of the pharmacy to “move,” as he obliges and then turns to the pharmacists, telling them, “Call 911, please.”

What’s the problem here?

The pharmacy sign says “We’re looking for ways to help you save”.

Is the pharmacy reneging on the promise on their sign?

This fine gentleman has found a way to save, and the pharmacy helped by supplying that way.

This is why so many pharmacies are moving out of the big California cities.

Folks, it's going to get a lot worse out there. The Left in CA isn't going to stop smothering you.

Here in western Washington state, I walked into Walmart yesterday to buy disposable razors. They are kept now in the cosmetics section which has its own checkout clerk.

You can’t just put them in your shopping cart and continue to other departments. You have to pay for them right there.

As everyone knows, those disposable razors are not cheap.

I wish I could just scoop them into my reusable shopping bag and leave without paying anything. That is so generous of California to allow people to help themselves to the retailer’s goods.

The worst I ever saw was when my buddy (we were 12) and I missed our respective school buses and stopped in at the 7-11 along the way. I went one way around the store and he went another and when I came around the corner, he was using his entire arm to shove Bazooka Bubble Gum, Jolly Ranchers, etc. from the penny candy bins into the huge side pockets of his parka coat. We were in the same homeroom and our lockers were just a few feet apart. What a heist it was, but nothing like these guys now in California.

It is going to be racist when that particular drug chain closes its outlets in that city. It will be racist when no retail stores remain in that town. It will be racist when you can’t buy groceries in that county. Ask the local DA why this is all happening... he will say racism. Apparently.

Liberalism is a rejection of Gods commandments. Its a sign of rebellion agaisnt Gods very nature, it's hate for you fellow man. The same reasons Satan gives for spreading evil.

liberalism is an evil mind let loose.

I went into Rite Aid here in SW WA and had to show my ID in order to buy a pair of scissors. I couldn’t imagine why and asked the clerk. She said it was to discourage drug makers from buying them. Crazy times.

California is populated beyond a sustainable level.

The salvation for California is making life so uncomfortable that people will leave.

However, the migration of illegals exacerbates the problem of too many people.

The illegals plus the tent dwellers are an burden that can not be carried

Biden has a plan to solve this by creating inflation. If we drive the cost of goods up, then shoplifting less than $1000 will not be possible. OK, I exaggerate, maybe you will be able to get a candy bar for under $1000. But, Newsom may derail the plan by "inflation indexing" the $999 limit. Sorry for this post, I have not taken my meds this morning.
