The Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security, Alejandro Mayorkas, has announced that he is no longer going to “deport people solely because they are undocumented” and is advising ICE to consider shielding mentally ill criminals from deportation in the name of “achieving justice.”
CNBC on Thursday ran an article titled: “U.S. will no longer deport people solely because they are undocumented, Homeland Security secretary says.”
“Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas on Thursday said immigration officers can no longer detain and deport people from the U.S. solely because they are undocumented,” CNBC reported.
“The fact an individual is a removable noncitizen will not alone be the basis of an enforcement action against them,” Mayorkas’ new guidelines state.
None of the thousands of illegal aliens he’s allowing to march into our country every single day are “undocumented.”

A noncitizen’s race, religion, gender, sexual orientation or gender identity, national origin, political associations, or exercise of First Amendment rights cannot be factors in deciding to take enforcement action. For the first time, they explicitly guard against the use of immigration enforcement as a tool of retaliation for a noncitizen’s assertion of legal rights, such as the right to exercise workplace or tenant rights. The guidelines make clear that immigration enforcement authority shall not be used as an instrument of unscrupulous employers seeking to exploit their employees’ immigration status."

When was the law changed? ICE agents should remind the secretary that they have sworn to uphold the law and that they will enforce the law as it is currently written.
Is it not treasonous when an officer of the federal government announces he is not going to enforce the laws of the United States where those laws don’t agree with policies he makes.
Start a new Ellis Island and do it right. Citizens come last under this devastating administration.
