Governor Ron DeSantis on Thursday evening responded to Joe Biden’s decision to slash monoclonal antibody treatments sent to Florida.
As previously reported, the Biden Regime this week gave Florida less than half of the lifesaving treatments it needed for a 7-day period.
Red states such as Alabama, Texas, Mississippi, Georgia, Louisiana and others are also being singled out by the Biden Regime.
According to reports, Florida needs about 72,000 doses of monoclonal antibody treatments per week, however, the Biden Regime only sent Florida 30,950 doses this week.
Psaki on Thursday defended this move and said the Biden Regime’s priority is to be “equitable.”

Just tell Joe that DeSantis will make an order so that only citizens can get the treatment. Illegals are the responsibility of Joe.

Where is the msm outrage about the shortage like the ventilator situation at the start of the plandemic? Not a word about it. biden has had plenty of time to address it and this is easy compared to ventilators. It’s flabbergasting.

A good article might explain where these treatments come from? Are their a limited number that have to be divided up? And why does the federal government have anything to do with it?

Well i went to a dinner tonight and I sat near a lovely dating couple my age and we had a lovely conversation about history and ancestors in Canada and other things but at the end the lady asked me why I wasnt jabbed I told because Id die having already told them I had Hong Kong Flu at age 19 and had antibodies that saved me last year when I never knew I had the Wu Hu Flu but 2 weeks ago I got a test that said I had antibodies for the Wu Hu Flu (Who knew ???)
Then I asked her the question that aleaysd nevers to be asks WHY DIDF YOU ???
Well she told her boyfriend she was going to the car and left and I never found out why she got herself jabbed...

The remedy for tyranny by the executive branch in the Constitution is impeachment, not lawsuits. The founders never intended the Judiciary to be the ultimate decider of issues, much less have the ability to make and change law. There are supposed to be three co-equal branches in the federal government with each have specifically delineated powers versus the other.
Unfortunately over two hundred years Congress has abdicated its governing power to the Executive and Judicial branches to the point it is the weakest branch, not co-equal. It gave up the power of declaring war to the Executive. It has given significant rule making power to the unelected Executive bureaucracy. It refuses to impeach wayward judges who blatantly ignore the Constitution. It allows the Judiciary to cancel laws it pass and the Executive to ignore them or enforce them selectively. Congress has morphed over time into a corrupt and weak institution that doles out money and special favors to constituencies and redistributes wealth.
I no longer trust the judicial system to administer anything approaching equal justice under law. Most federal judges and Supreme Court members went to elitist law schools which taught the “living Constitution” that is essentially putty in the hand of judges. They are members of an exclusive “club” and they are more concerned with the applause of their fellow travelers than the letter of the law.
Why can’t every Republican be like this? It’s just basic common sense.
