Way toooooo complicated of a diagram for a layman to understand and follow.

The diagram needs to be reduced to a question and answer description.

Quackery - must be obfuscated with lots of specious words and dopey diagrams or others would see all the feathers.

Just follow the arrows. That is as simple as I can make it.

Interesting read, but you provided exactly zero documentation about melatonin and niacin's influence from studies or anything outside of what this unknown person claims, and in a foreign tongue that may be improperly translated.

150 mg of melatonin a day and 6,000 mg of flush niacin a day is crazy, without better documentation than what you provided.

In the sense of taking the low advertised doses - yes it does seem like a lot. However, the niacin serves as a fantastic barometer as to how much melatonin you need. Try not to think of it in terms of x amount of melatonin puts me to sleep. When taken with niacin, it is used up. See the little graphic at the beginning of the post. I am up to 100mg melatonin with 1000mg niacin 3x per day and I'm not a zombie.

Thanks for taking the time to capture the info and update for American English. I've interacted with Dmitry on Twitter until a twitter-bot was employed to cause his account to be suspended. He's on Telegram, but that format isn't well organized.

I might try the mix. You’re taking around 33 times the normal “sleep” dose.

I’ll start off far lighter. Just melatonin by itself gives me night terrors.

That's because most view melatonin as a sleep aid. This has nothing to do with that. Yes, it could use more sauce. The papers are scattered and this is coming from an epidemiologist who has put it all together. He provides sources, but I simply have not put them all together yet. If you'd like to point out any errors, I'm listening. Further, I did not translate from a foreign tongue. I edited his English explanation to be more easily read. Punctuation is not Dr. Kats strong point.

Amen. It's hard to find your place if you comment or read a reply. Needs work if you ask me.

My lunch time regimen is 5 grams of glutamine (powder) in water, 10 mg chewable melatonin, then 10 minutes later 500 mg NAC and 500 mg flush niacin. My wife couldn't tolerate 500 mg niacin. She went beyond a flush to having a raised rash all over. She has worked up from 100 mg niacin to 200 mg now and doing fine. As a police/fire/EMS dispatcher, her circadian rhythms and melatonin cycles are pretty messed up.

I had to break that dogma of thinking of melatonin as a sleep aid. That's not what this is about. This is about pushing out inflammation. When taking the melatonin chased with niacin, the melatonin is all used up. You can start off lighter as that may be what YOU need. That's the point - everyone is different. You have to find your sweet spot (ratio) where there is no flush. I recommend starting low on niacin and high on melatonin to avoid flush. I've grown to like a little bit of flush, but it can be scary to some - especially the first time. I was like WHEW! I'm on fire on the inside. It is perfectly safe, however.

I’m hitting 600mg of NAC twice a day with my niacin dose. It’s ok to mix them together in water.

The flush wouldn’t scare me.

I’ve taken some pre workout drinks that did however.
Heart pounding, skin itches, goose bumps, and the scalp tingles.

I understood it perfectly

You can’t think of the entire thing at once- you just follow it one day at a time.

Do you get a flush? yes or no? follow the next arrows to determine if you need more niacin or more melatonin.

The ‘first dose’ is a special case - Niacin can scare the crap out of you if you don’t know what is going to happen- you get all hot and turn red- it only lasts about 15 minutes though. The next day you will feel amazing.
