California Gubernatorial Candidate Larry Elder (R) said that he would replace US Senator Dianne Feinstein(D-CA) with a Republican if she couldn’t continue serving.
Fox News reported:
Larry Elder, a gubernatorial candidate in California’s Gavin Newsom recall election, said he would replace U.S. Sen. Dianne Feinstein, a Democrat, with a Republican – if Elder becomes governor and Feinstein were to step down during his term.
“God forbid Gov. Elder should replace Dianne Feinstein who nobody’s seen in weeks,” Elder told Mark Levin on his radio show Friday. “I’m told she has a worse mental condition than even Joe Biden. They’re afraid I’m would replace her with a Republican — which I most certainly would do and that would be an earthquake in Washington D.C.”

Which says just exactly what about MooCow who was in that famous picture trying to have a "rational dialog" with Feinstein.
The voters are so stupid they scan the ballots and say “Never heard of this one or that one. Hey, here’s the one who’s been on TV interviews for years and years. I’ll vote for that one.”
On the other hand, this may motivate California Republicans, who are beat down and demoralized, to get out there and vote. For years, they've been told that voting won't make any difference (much like you hear from the doom-and-gloomer trolls here in FR), but it seems the common consensus in this election that if Republicans do vote, Newsome can be recalled and Elder elected.
I agree. This needs to be about Newsome. The right answer is I would place someone in line with my beliefs and represent California voters well, but this is about jobs, crime, cleaning up the cities and making California a place all of us can be proud to call home again.

Great news...

“These guys must make so much money its nuts. Who wants to keep doing their jobs into their late 70’s or 80’s.”
That’s the beauty of these antique democrat scum hanging on to their dying day...they’ll never get to relax and enjoy the fruit of all their illicit financial gains. They become legends in their own minds and their identity melds with their position.
There was a rumor out a few days ago that DiFi had died.
Too bad it was just a rumor.
We still don’t know, if the reports are true that she hasn’t been seen in a long time. Don’t put it past the dems to lie about when she actually died at some point, if she has indeed passed away. We will never know the truth.
I saw Larry in an interview with the LA Times. Someone named Jim was interviewing him. Larry asked several times if they approved of the description of him. Jim avoided answering. Larry was pissed and let them know.
And God forbid Gov. Elder should replace Dianne Feinstein – that nobody’s seen in weeks – and I’m told that she’s in worse mental condition than Joe Biden.
Amazing what we have in congress. They should have age limits and mental limits.
This might be what would keep Newsom in office. Dems that would have voted him out aren’t going to chance losing a Senate seat.
Well...not sure about that. It sounds like there is a general disgust within the hispanic/black "communities" about the elitism, rules for thee but not for me, gov hairdo was engaged in.
Enough so that the former CA Senate Majority Leader Gloria Romero (Democrat) signed the petition to get the recall on the ballot, said she will vote to recall newsom and backs Elder. That's a pretty big deal in CA state politics.
Tucker interviewed her a few days ago...

She called newsom the "Prince of the French Laundry."
There just might be enough pissed off "reasonable" (D)'s and "independents" to make this happen.
IMO, the only thing stopping Elder from becoming the next CA governor, and potentially replacing DiFi and getting the (D)'s out of the Senate majority...is cheating, which of course is a very real probability.

“The former Democratic majority leader for the California state Senate, Gloria Romero, endorsed Republican gubernatorial candidate Larry Elder in a campaign video.”
I’m voting for Kevin Kiley
IMHO, that is something he shouldn't say before the election.
The Dems will use it to fearmonger and drum up support for their guy.
As governor, Elder can appoint whomever he wants. So can Newsom, and he is still in office until he is recalled.
With ALL mail in voting I hate to tell everyone Larry doesn’t stand a chance, I PRAY our side has learned to STEAL in the same manner however with Ronna at the helm I highly doubt it!!
