National Nurses United wants the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to tighten its mask recommendations and call for mask-wearing regardless of whether an individual has been vaccinated against COVID-19.
"NNU strongly urges the CDC to reinstate universal masking, irrespective of vaccination status, to help reduce the spread of the virus, especially from infected individuals who do not have any symptoms. SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes Covid-19 disease, spreads easily from person to person via aerosol transmission when an infected person breathes, speaks, coughs, or sneezes. Asymptomatic or pre-symptomatic infected individuals can spread infectious SARS-CoV-2 aerosols during breathing and speaking, without coughing or other respiratory symptoms," NNU Executive Director Bonnie Castillo, RN, wrote in a letter to CDC Director Rochelle Walensky...

In their work setting maybe yes. THAT is where you have close contact in closed spaces over extended periods of time. But that is NOT the case outside of the hospital or nursing home setting.

Nurses are not waco, they are paying to much attention to the risk and to little time for the reward. They also have a constant supply of viral loading and the 3% false positive test on their mind. Unless you were a well versed statistician or virologist with mathematical skills before covid-19 it is time to shut up before requiring anyone to do anything. The published number on herd immunity throughout time is 66% immunity puts R0 < 1.
I think first responders might be seeing a lot of people got saline solution when their early shoots (DEC-MARCH) were diverted to someone else by theft and fraud. There is also the possibility there was a ton of QA problems that the manufacturers dare not talk about for a shot that had less than $6 per dose profits.

went to get my haircut today....all the hair stylists or whatever they call themselves are masked...I said, why?? many of your clients have been fully vacinated and St. Tony Fauci or the CDC said if so, we really don’t need masks...the manager shrugged her shoulders and said, this is all coming from higher management.... they all know it is all a crock of s**t but they are powerless to go against higher orders....(sigh.....)..we are truly a nation of sheep now........

The largest virus discovered is about .78 micron. The smallest virus that those paper masks could trap are 5-8 microns at best. I can’t vouch whether those nurses are fat and ugly but I can vouch that they aren’t very smart.
