National Nurses United wants the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to tighten its mask recommendations and call for mask-wearing regardless of whether an individual has been vaccinated against COVID-19.
"NNU strongly urges the CDC to reinstate universal masking, irrespective of vaccination status, to help reduce the spread of the virus, especially from infected individuals who do not have any symptoms. SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes Covid-19 disease, spreads easily from person to person via aerosol transmission when an infected person breathes, speaks, coughs, or sneezes. Asymptomatic or pre-symptomatic infected individuals can spread infectious SARS-CoV-2 aerosols during breathing and speaking, without coughing or other respiratory symptoms," NNU Executive Director Bonnie Castillo, RN, wrote in a letter to CDC Director Rochelle Walensky...

People need to organize peacefully and push back hard legally, lawfully and within our Rights while you still can.
I think why the Democrats are so bold is because they know elections are rigged, like California, and they do not have to worry about being voted out of office.

There was one house on my street that had a Biden-Harris sign up. It’s still up along with the ‘Dumpf-Trumpf’ sign. Today as I drove by, they were outside (the first time I’ve seen them outside in ages). And - here’s the unbelievable part - they were all wearing masks...in FL on the ICW in 88° sunshine. I wanted to say something, but I did not. Don’t know if I’m proud of myself or disappointed.
Lots of nurses are as full-commie as teachers are. Conservative nurses - including some close friends - are treated like conservative actors in Holly wood.

I did a quick check on National Nurses United. They are an offshoot of California Nurses Association, headquartered in lovely Oakland, CA. Left-wing labor union that is advocating ‘Medicare for all’. Affiliated with AFL-CIO. Doubt they are apolitical.
Radical Progressive activists have taken control of a stunning number of our unions, professional organizations, NGOs/Foundations so they have control of their organizations policies and have politicized their missions statements and policy positions to support a radical Democrat agenda.
