Sidney Powell: We’re definitely in uncharted territory. There are cases where elections have been overturned. But there’s never been one at the presidential level where everybody will jump to point out. That doesn’t mean it can’t be done, though. There’s always the first case. And as far as I know, this is the first case of abject fraud and obtaining a coup of the United States of America. So, it’s going to have to be dealt with. It should be that he can simply be reinstated, that a new inauguration day is set. (cheers) And Biden is told to move out of the White House. And President Trump should be moved back in.

Conceivably, in a wartime situation, overseas.
Those statutes, whatever they may be, certainly do not contemplate allegations of a stolen election as justification for a military coup against the US Constitution.
"Stolen elections" are not new in US history, there have been several over the years and one which comes to mind is JFK's dad in 1960 paying off Chicago Mayor Daily to steal that election for Kennedy over Nixon.
Nixon did not get mad about it, but he did, eventually, get even.
That's what I expect to happen again.
I'm never quite sure how to "take" those guys.
The best "take" is they're here to provoke us to respond with hard truths that often remain unspoken in politically correct discussions.
They're like the child at a certain age who keeps asking "why?" to just to see how far you can go before the only answer you have left is "just because, dear".
I don't do "just because".
Born here of citizen parents.
Chief Justice Waite knew what it meant in 1875
“it was never doubted that all children born in a country of parents who were its citizens became themselves, upon their birth, citizens also. These were natives, or natural-born citizens, as distinguished from aliens or foreigners.”
The children of foreigners are themselves foreigners, even if they are given US citizenship.
Anyone born with more than one nationality is not NATURALLY an American.
The court can determine the facts of the election, solely as to its LAWFULNESS. If criminal fraud is determined as a fact by the court, the election may be ruled UNLAWFUL, and NONE of the candidates on the ballots in question were elected or re-elected. The election didn't happen, the Electoral votes from that state are invalid, and the allegedly new holders of office cannot be deemed legitimate. As a result all their votes since their election are void as fraudulent. That includes the vote to confirm the Electoral votes.
Your statement that "That also negates it entertaining any “quo warrento” challenge to the Congress and state’s determination." is absurd, and I'm not even an attorney.
Show me evidence that Biden is in direct control of the military.
Waaa! Teacher C210N won’t stop talking about how the military is going to step in. Its scary! Waaa! 😆
What a nice example of intellectual laziness!
I’m not the one who made the claim about Biden not being in control of the military.
You go, girl!
LOL!!! You silly girl. The military is not going to participate in a coup - no matter how much you want them to.
You go girl!
If (when?) Biden is shown to have won by fraud, the only thing that we’ll see and here are those damned cicadas buzzing around. You heard it here first!
AND I don’t understand whatever that gibberish was that you posted to me.
I posted ‘oy vey’, which means Dismay or grief. It is Yiddish.
Well friend, I am not Yiddish. So, I did not know what you were saying. I am a Southern Baptist Southern boy, born and raised. I am not Jewish. Next time try speaking Southern instead of Yiddish.
My grandmother was from NC, but I still don’t have a handle on “bless your heart.”
Sounds like your granny was a believer. That is normally what a nice little old lady that believes says when she thinks kindly of you and/or whatever it is that might be bothering you. I.E. you fell and skinned your knee. She would say that to make you feel better. It is just a way of saying May GOD bless you and your hearth.
