TULARE, CALIFORNIA: Wyoming Republican Senator and Liz Cheney's GOP challenger Anthony Bouchard revealed on May 21 that he impregnated a 14-year-old girl when he was 18. During the Facebook Live on Friday, Bouchard admitted to getting her pregnant as a teenager and later marrying her. The girl happened to be Bouchard's first wife Frances Lynn Webb with whom he had a son, Tony Bouchard.
Tony Bouchard, now 36, is presently behind bars at Bob Wiley Detention Facility in Tulare County, California, for alleged sex crimes, including sodomy against a 51-year-old woman. After his mother died by suicide at the age of 20, Tony was brought up by his father.

Um, a congressional election for a seat in The House of Representatives in DC, is NOT a statewide election. Its limited to voters in that congressional district.

Wyoming has Two Senators but only one Congressman. It's the upside down state as far as representation in D.C. So lizzy and whomever replaces her really does represent the entire state. The whole state is one congressional district.
Nothing burger is two teenagers having sex. Over 40% of American teenagers have had sex, usually with other teenagers. And it's been like that for decades.

State Senators like House seats for DC are voted for by those in the congressional district concerned. Bouchard will face voters in a congressional district, just as he did and won for his state senate elections, albeit the districts will not be identical. He is not facing a statewide election.
