Just Got the Edict on the Job: Non Vaxxed Need to Wear Masks

So I work for my local county (Upstate NY) and the new county administrator put out the edict as of tomorrow, if you are "fully vaccinated" (TM) then you don't have to wear a mask. All others do need to wear a mask on the job and social distance. Violators will be "disciplined"

That’s true and I had both.

It just seems like you are really messing with your immune system to have trained Tcells and antibodies after getting COVID then take a "vax" that makes you produce more antibodies. I wouldn't want to risk that for nothing.

Who hired the county administrator? Do they know what this administrator is doing?

Do they know that this order is against the USA code for Emergency Use Authorization? ie it’s ILLEGAL to do this.

Do they know that this order is a violation of the Nuremberg Code? It’s considered a crime against humanity.

Do they know that OSHA will then consider this a worker’s compensation issue, if there are any adverse reactions? Impacts their safety record, and THEY are liable for the expenses, if there are side effects.

Do they know that your relatives are going to sue them personally and whoever hired them for damages if/when you have a severe adverse reaction?

Do they even know if their insurance company will cover them from a liability stand point, if they are sued?

It is one thing to ask someone to take an approved vaccine that has a decade of tests behind it. It is quite another to order them to take what is essentially an experimental bio-therapy — it doesn’t even fit the definition of a traditional vaccine.

Seems to me we got a whole lot of people that are following the bad example set by a bunch of DemonRat Governors and Tech Companies who think they have the right to RULE over everyone else.

I don’t know if legally they can request that info from you. Perhaps a lawyer in this field will chime in.

Have you had COVID? If you suspect you have, there's T-Detect, and there are far more granular (expensive) blood tests, and if you're a cheapazz, supposedly the Red Cross is testing for previous COVID exposure when becoming a donor.

Get concrete evidence that you've had COVID.

Now go get a New York employment lawyer with the smarts to be willing to argue a de novo case against your county and your bonehead county administrator, in that the administrator can advance no legal right to compel you to vaccinate, particularly when you have already had the virus.

The thought here is that the county attorney probably has advised the county administrator that (unless you are in a union like CSEA or PEF, you're not, are you?) since NY is at-will, they can do what they want.

So asserting that you've had the gleep and you have antibodies already, they aren't expecting that.

And it may wrongfoot them to the point where they fear the dollar$ spent in a wrongful termination lawsuit advanced inside a de novo case, where they will have to argue epidemiology and immunology -- which obviously neither of them understand, but which will particularly dampen the county attorney's desire to enforce the jughead administrator's edict, because he will have to hire outside counsel -- and they back down.

Don’t wear a mask. They are on dangerous ground by making you get a vaccine as a condition of employment. If they make you get a vaccine as part of employment take two weeks off afterwards and say that the vaccinne caused you physical stress. Then file for workmans’ comp.

“If an employer requires its employees to be vaccinated, adverse reactions to the vaccines are considered “work-related” by OSHA. Employers who require COVID-19 vaccines must notify OSHA within 24 hours of an employee’s inpatient hospitalization (or within eight hours of an employee’s death) resulting from an adverse reaction.”

That’s what leads to a stark Progressive-vs-Conservative response: those who fall back on trusting in Man and Government for the correct answer, vs those who trust in Self and God. A mysterious spirit moves amid the population, sickening and killing many without apparent reason; hence people (practically by definition) fall back on their religion for doctrine and directive, sneering at heretics who differ over what neither side well understand (but think they do as a matter of pride).

My wife told them she was leaving and since they’d already lost so many “doers,” they had secretly rescinded the policy a day earlier. They begged her to not leave.

She will leave, but she is waiting for another offer from a different interview.


And, THAT!!, is how we fight this fascist/Marxist/communist nonsense!!

Kudos to your wife and best of luck on her offer/new job.

I have a feeling a LOT of companies are going to be backing off this carp....due to losing GOOD, productive people.

Been Fully Vaxxed since March - I see no need for others to be so - I travel internationally for work, I like my job - make large bank and keep DOD folks safe. So in other words - blow it out your a$$...

Karen - “Why aren’t you wearing a mask?”

Customer - “Vaccinated.”

Karen - “Show me your card.”

Customer - “What’s my doctor’s name?”

Karen - “I don’t know.”

Customer - “Then how are you going to be able to tell if the signature is legit if you don’t even know my doctor’s name?”

Then the customer pulls up a google picture of a vaccination card.

What is even more ironic is the vaccine was developed under Trumps Presidency and Trump is pushing for people to get vaccinated.
