Just Got the Edict on the Job: Non Vaxxed Need to Wear Masks

So I work for my local county (Upstate NY) and the new county administrator put out the edict as of tomorrow, if you are "fully vaccinated" (TM) then you don't have to wear a mask. All others do need to wear a mask on the job and social distance. Violators will be "disciplined"

The only gotcha to flat out lying, is being forced to sign a document to that effect. The person does not want to jeopardize retirement, benefits, etc. So this needs to be studied carefully. Moreover, hopefully the lying person has not broadcast such thoughts on social media, told friends that would rat, etc.

You are aware, aren’t you, that this COVID treatment is not technically a vaccine? It doesn’t meet the criteria, has not been thoroughly, long term tested, and doesn’t prevent infection or transmission.

Nor do I trust the government which wants me to take this so bad they can taste it.

Since when did the government ever have our best interests at heart? Especially for a cold virus that has a very low mortality rate?

If her next employer somehow commos with her past employer that she was not vaxxed, there’s a primo lawsuit against past employer that should take you into a nice retirement.

Yes at our store they tried that on a huge New Years Day Sale and many customers refused and yelled we are leaving and will not come back.
I was on the shoppers side of course.:)
I told my co-workers ,I refuse to be a Mask Nazi!
So outrageous.
Now the company bullies it's workers with their latest stunt! Prove you've been vaxxed for covid and you can go mask less! What a bunch of crap! I'm glad I have the day off,still fuming over it.

Someone here got a copy of the Corporate Policy for Walmart, and it said NOT to challenge a customer if they objected.

We did go to Country Mart and Dollar Tree, because they weren’t even trying to do that to customers and we let them know that the lack of mask mandate was why we were there.

It didn’t take long for our local Walmart to quit with the EE out front, and the one - way aisle. But we live in a rural area, and people around here are particularly adverse to edicts.

Yes. It is. It is also a violation of the US code - the law that was passed to allow emergency use authorization specifically provides that it has to be voluntary.

And the Employer that requires it is liable and must pay workers compensation at a minimum. And some insurance companies have indicated that they will not cover that liability.

Also, interestingly, some Insurance Companies have been reported to be declining claims related to the JAB. Policies don’t cover volunteers for unapproved medical procedures, if they have adverse reactions or die.

I was in Walmart a couple hours ago. It was a mixed bag as far as
shoppers. But all employees had on masks. I was mask less but no
one commented one way or the other.

I think one vaccine is “approved”. The rest are only approved for emergency use.

Once people stop wearing masks, more and more people are going to follow, vaccinated or not.

Actually I stood against the Chicoms and Russians on their borders. But you are oblivious to the fact that Democrats funded the development and release of the virus in Wuhan. Their Event 201 signaled the start of this stratagem and subsequent implementation of these vaccines (developed using aborted fetal cells). Fear of a 99.8% survivable virus has herded you into submission to a Totalitarian Socialized medical experimental vaccine that could very well result in the depopulation of our elder community and sterility of our young ones…which is exactly what the Democrats want.
