So I work for my local county (Upstate NY) and the new county administrator put out the edict as of tomorrow, if you are "fully vaccinated" (TM) then you don't have to wear a mask. All others do need to wear a mask on the job and social distance. Violators will be "disciplined"

People who have had the WuFlu should count as those who receive the gene therapy. That is real science - both are supposed to have antibodies. Forcing someone who had the disease to get gene therapy is wrong. Also, like others, my body my privacy - none of anyone’s business if I either had the WuFlu or took the gene therapy or neither.

Of course, data is all over the place on all aspects of this thing.
There is at least some data indicating that recovering from COVID provides better, more long-lasting immunity than any of the vaccines. But who knows?

I’ve seen nothing addressing the relative inoculation effects of artificial vaccination vs natural antibodies. The devotion to “get vaccinated” seems downright religious in many (seeing it’s a sufficiently advanced technology which most can’t distinguish from magic).

It’s a government position. How can a county disobey the orders of the Governor? They can’t force you wear something in order to work and they can’t force you to provide privileged information about your health.
No one will go down that slippery slope. Even Governor Murphy said that here. There is no way he’s going to ask businesses to police who and who is not vaxxed. Nor will he require people to show proof that they are.

T cell immunity is probably more important than blood antigens that go away.
A type of white blood cell known as T cells take the lead in protecting the body from Covid-19 infection, playing a much bigger role than antibodies, a new study has found.
The findings, published in the journal Cell, suggests that vaccine candidates should aim to elicit a broad immune response that include antibodies as well as T cells to ensure immunity against Covid-19.
The study also points at why older Covid-19 patients are much more vulnerable to the disease. Researchers from La Jolla Institute for Immunology in the US, who did the study, have explained that with increasing age, the reservoir of T cells declines and a body’s immune response becomes less coordinated.

This may explain why older people are more susceptible to severe or fatal Covid-19.
For the study, the researchers collected blood samples from 50 Covid-19 patients and analysed SARS-CoV-2 specific antibodies as well as T cells.
They found that a strong SARS-CoV-2 specific T cell response was predictive of milder infection. The findings indicate that T cells are more important in the body’s fight against Covid-19.
