Wouldn’t the lawsuit have to take place in D.C.? I can imagine D.C. juries quite generous in dishing out money, but maybe not in this case.

I understand all the burning frustration. I feel it too, but where in the world is Babbitt's husband and family? It is beyond strange that no one has heard boo from them since this all went down. Why?
Any BLM thug gets roughed up and the family, neighbors, acquaintances all come running to a microphone to spew.
Where is Babbitt's family to comment on this ongoing grave injustice?

They should definitely run a story on Lt. Michael Byrd as he’s the one who killed Ashli Babbit, and there should be a trial also, same as Derek Chauvin or Kim Potter!
I know that but for those of us in “Rush’s Realville” in this political climate you may as well wish for a billion dollars and I hope Ashli’s family comes close to that!! Will we ever be able to get our government back to some kind of sanity and rule of law?????
