Question to everyone that has gotten the vaccine. Which one did you get and did you have a reaction.
I have no qualms about not getting a non-vaccine vaccine.
I am a Christian who fears God so I refuse any shot that involved aborted babies.
Well.... ..... I'm not.
Husband got the JandJ vac at the VA several weeks ago. In case of travel requirements. No reaction whatsoever. I have no plans to get any vacs. Also past reproduction age so DNA of no concern. JJ seems to be singled out for attack by competitors and I do not believe much, if anything, about the whole China virus con that is still being used to facilitate the take down of this Republic. Getting the shots and wearing masks has not stopped govt mandates and other restrictions that keep Americans from their normal, productive, freedom loving lives.
Because it is single shot, I would have opted for J&J if I had the choice. Pfizer was only one available and have my second shot on Tuesday. One teen daughter had fatigue/headache after her first shot. Here is what I posted on an earlier thread:
I’m early fifties, healthy and active. Had moderate Covid in early December and got our first Pfizer shots Wednesday. Felt very tired and headaches on Thursday into Friday. Probably about 20% of what I had experienced in December.
My wife had mild Covid (lost taste and tired) and other than a sore arm experienced nothing from the shot. Both my teen children had Covid somewhere between our symptoms and just got their shots so have been monitoring them but so far so good. I’m not excited for my second shot. We’d debated not getting them but will be traveling internationally and expect them to be required.
Unlike the other vaccines which are given in the arm, to receive the johnson and johnson you need to drop your drawers
Too many risk factors for me and no access to effective treatments. Got a bruised arm from J&J and some mild fatigue. Better than the measles rash I got from having to retake that shot. Your choice, for now.
A virus so deadly, it has a 99.8% survival rate.
_____
This can’t be said enough. I just checked the CDC website and since Covid started, the survival rate for all Americans is 99.83%. ALL Americans. Remove the very sick and old (not that they’re not important, just making a point) and the number is beyond ridiculous.
A family member of some friends was told by his doctor NOT to take ANY of the “vaccines”. No special health issues with him.
**These are not approved, they have approval to disburse, but they are not tested to the same stringent guidelines to which other medicines are held.**
Right. Testing 150 million people and counting isn’t cautious enough.
If I was thirty, or younger, I would pass on the vaccine. However, when you live with medically fragile people, or have medical issues yourself, the risk is worth it.
You DO understand the ramifications of FDA Emergency Use Authorizations, do you not? It is NOT an approval in the regular sense, since they have NOT had time to test and research ANY of the vaccines. It takes several years to make a safe vaccine. I hope those who get vaccinated do not suffer future calamitous effects, but there is absolutely no way to predict that.
It has a 98.2% survival rate, or a 1.8% death rate. That death rate is actually quite high.
_____
Well, in the USA, which is what I care about most, the death rate based on 557,093 deaths as of today, by the CDC is .00168816. 557,093 / 330,000,000, which I think puts the survival rate at .99831184 if my math is correct. It may not be, I did go to public school.
Why are you screaming...all caps?
People posting non stop selfies, pouting fish lips and ass poses are the narcissistic morons that need to take pictures of their covid shot. It’s the look at me crowd that need constant attention.
Fear I believe is the main reason for getting the shot(s) the other is peer pressure which is another way of saying you’re incapable of making decision on your own.
I am not concerned with what happens 2 days, 2 weeks or 2 months after the shot.
I wonder about 20 months from now or as some researchers note when the next wild virus comes in contact with those who took the jab.
I also am interested in information from a pro-life standpoint. Does not seem to get much attention among those taking the vaccines.
Are we facilitating the movement towards globalist leftist vaccine passports by getting the shot?
These are not rhetorical questions...
Hubby and I got our shots Thursday. I waited until I could get a J&J shot because I didn’t want to be a lab rat for a gene therapy experiment (just my opinion). Anyway, both of us have soreness at the injection site; hubby got a general feeling of tiredness which lasted about a day. I felt fine after.
Excellent post. I agree with you. The main cause of Wuhan morbidity and mortality was the deliberate withholding of safe, effective treatments. A medical and legal scandal. A shame upon our society.
Because of the persistent, scare mongerer antivax folks
It gets old
