I would REALLY hate to be on that jury.
I watch David Muir on ABC. Every night we hear of the “gripping testimony”, the “hard to watch” videos, and the “compelling witnesses”. It’s all BS!
I hope the Jury votes to Burn Minneapolis to the ground, it would be a fair verdict.
I’m a criminal defense attorney. I haven’t had time to watch the Floyd trial. But I would venture to say that the big question is where and when George Floyd died. If he died at the scene of asphyxiation, then Chauvin committed second degree murder at least. If George Floyd died in the hospital of a drug overdose, then Chauvin is at most guilty of aggravated assault. IMHO, of course.
It doesn’t matter which way it goes, they’re already setting up for a riot.

I don’t expect this to be a fair trial. I expect the race hustlers to egg the street people in to “ah gets me a noo TV” looting and rioting.
I watched a good portion of the Police Chief’s testimony today.
The prosecution made a big deal about the amount of training.
What was being overlooked is how competent were the trainers.
Far too many organizations conduct training classes and most of the students tune out because the trainer does not know what they are talking about.
The autopsy says there was no asphyxiation or damage to the throat, wondpipe and neck. No petikiai.
The most interesting thing I have learned from the news since the trial began is the fact that Officer Chauvin who supposedly crushed the poor innocent and obviously scared George Floyd is a staggering 5’9” and a whopping 140 lbs.
He’s the size of those officers who almost always call for backup immediately. I call them half cops. Most police departments refer to them as female officers.
Floyd was initially hopped up and in an agitated state before the rest of his drugs kicked in.
The whole knee on the neck narrative is media created bs.

2 numbers in this case
1) 3 ng / ml deadly dose of fentanyl for human
2) 11 ng / ml in Floyd’s body per autopsy report
No way. The CNN says it was murder.
Or, 10-2 with two voting acquittal, and 10 voting “guilty as charged for being a white cop” ...
The 10 hate-filled racists then (figuratively, or literally) brow-beat and teardown the two honest jurors to get the guilty on all charges lynching that they want to deliver/have been told to deliver ... “FOR FREEDOM of their black brothers.”

Probably a conviction on some form of 3rd Degree Manslaughter, probably the one re “reckless endangerment”. He should go to jail for being a hardnosed prick.
