I would REALLY hate to be on that jury.
Whatever the verdict the judge will throw a bone to the other side. 1st degree no. 2nd or 3rd there will be riots. The judge/jury will think of their own interests.
The truth doesn’t matter. The jury has either been bribed or their families and/or livelihoods threatened in order that a guilty verdict is returned.
I would be more worried about a small businessman who may try to stay with his business as that one fellow who burned to death did.

why ?? They’ll have no issue cooking him. Do you know that only 17% of the county were this trial is being held is black and 74%is white yet 50% of the jury is black???
