Legal to possess, but what about to sell?

Where are they going to get it?

Maybe they should legalize fracking.

The law also creates a system for legal sales through dispensaries, which will take about a year to set up. I would imagine that in a couple of years no one in NYC will be more than a 5 minute walk from a store that sells weed.

That was quite sudden.

Three hours of debate (at night) and signed by the Governor in the morning.

Biden is EXTREMELY anti-weed.

The dems like having stuff widely used or popular made (or remain) illegal. It is all about the power to selectively enforce the law and dope laws permit a government to do a LOT of crap it would otherwise have a tough time doing.

Representing a kid right now who was refused a particular type of clearance because he had legally used THC in Washington State.

I saw an experimental app? website? for testing and it proposed using a series of questions that refer back to each other. Don’t know its effectiveness.

"Is driving under the influence of pot even illegal?"

"Denver Post - Aug 25, 2017: The number of drivers involved in fatal crashes in Colorado testing positive for marijuana use has risen sharply every year since 2013, more than doubling in that time, The Denver Post has found."

I can see my car insurance rates going up from my living room.

Is driving under the influence of pot even illegal? Can police even test for it like alcohol ?

Not legal, NY claims to have a test.

"This will surely solve all of New York’s problems."

You know how these types of things always go...the plan looks great on paper, but then things go awry when implemented.

I take water soluble CBD occasionally to help sleep and for minor pain. That said, I happened to be on the other side of town getting lunch and saw a CBD store advertising “Now Selling Delta 8”. Out of curiosity, I went in to see what Delta 8 is… I did not know, and was very surprised to see, they are now basically selling legalized recreational marijuana (available in most states) – just not as potent as the legalized medical (Delta 9). - Delta-8 THC

Delta: not as in “Delta team”, but as in “chemical double bond in the 9th position”.
