Looks fake to me too. The top of his head shows green screen interference also.
There are dozens of copies of the clip on BitChute, some with no commentary, some with some with useless commentary and some with good commentary.
What I can’t figure out is why anyone from either side would fake this particular video.
Some have noticed that there appears to be absolutely no security around biden. Yeah, like that’s going to happen....
(at least until it is time for Kamala to take over).
One thing I haven’t seen anyone mention is that in that video, when his hands are above the supposed microphones, the microphone heads would have to be about the size of footballs for the perspective to work.
I love how he floats between six and eight seconds toward the microphones. They’re not even trying anymore are they?
The hand/microphone interplay proves it’s fake.
Another green-screen “tell” is you never see his feet/shoes on the pavement. His shot is consistent showing him only from ankles/trousers up. It’s much harder to fake the shoe leather to pavement action, so they avoided it.

Think of this. It is clearly a green screen production, unless someone has another explanation for that, I don’t know what that would be. (Unless the video was totally faked...which is a real possibility nowadays, is there a way to find the original source?)
I didn’t see any attribution to the White House or any of the alphabet networks.
If that is true-and they green-screened that...who was involved? Were those real media people with microphones? Or people acting as props?
I have no doubt the media would go along with it.
But why would they even do this, except for the fact the guy can’t hear, focus his eyes, or cogitate?
If true, this is disturbing in a creepier kind of way.
We are trying to determine a motivation and a method. We have to deal in FACTS. Clearly no harm was done but why do this? Who benefited?
Yes the second angle proves the first video was altered. The question is why and who.
It is pretty clearly fake...whether green screened (which would be most disturbing) or whether they just added in the microphones and questions, but in either case...
Why? Why even go through the trouble? Why not just show him walking out to the helicopter? What is the upside of faking it?
There is something creepier about this, if it isn’t just an outright contrived/faked video.
The second video seems very real — but I still think his hand “goes over” the image of a microphone. That part looks completely fake. I don’t know why these images are doctored.
I agree with your questions. Put aside the conspiracy aspect of this: why bother faking something like this at all?
Hiding the fact that the man has full blown dementia is failing miserably. The American people are not complete idiots. There’s something very wrong with him corporeally.
The real question is what advantage is there to continuing to prop up this puppet? What is going on behind the scenes? I’m genuinely concerned for our nation. We’re being run by a corpse backed by a very shadowy group of individuals who do not want to be revealed. Why?

Why did “they” do this?
What really concerns me about this is the fact that someone, somewhere felt the need to do it.
If someone in the administration or press office did it to give a better look, you have to wonder about their competence. Besides being stupid, it is a monumental waste of time. For what?
I just don’t understand something here. I could almost even understand it if one of the recording networks was going to alter it to put their logo on something attached to the microphone and was trying to edit it in.
The video is altered in some way. We don’t have access to the raw video, but there was raw video somewhere. Could be stupidity. Could be an administration trying to hide something in a stupid way. Could be psyops. Could be someone from our side trying to stir it up.
I just don’t know. But there is a disturbing aspect.
Dammit, that is what I find so...disturbing about this.
I understand stupid political people doing stupid political things, Photoshopping a politician’s photo or video to get rid of dandruff, hair on a suit, or de-emphasize bags under the eyes, or adjust the pallor of skin. They do that all the time.
Why THIS?
The fact it exists is cause for concern, I agree. The sophomoric nature of the work is either due to incompetence or deliberate misdirection. Why either of those needs to be entertained is a big concern.
As far as the “waste of time,” I’ve worked under federal organizations. A majority of the people working federal jobs are literally wasting time. Like a friend of mine likes to say, “No one ever accused my government of being efficient.”
Also, in the image above, that thin, white line along the border of his jacket just inboard of his right hand is, to me, a tell tale sign of doctoring.

Yes, there is green screen affect, microphones were added. This is a very specific attempt at making conservatives look like conspiracy kooks. I viewed other photos and video that is real. Someone took the same video, edited it to make it look like it was done on a green screen and distributed it. There is enough lying BS to going on in our current situation that we don't need to be spreading this fake planted video.
