I’ve seen really nasty anti-Semitic stuff on GAb, as I posted on another earlier thread about this. They may be leftist agitators, or they may be the neo-nazis they sound like. But whatever, they’re reflecting badly on the site and this is giving people an excuse to attack it.

I know the Gab folks have had troubles with hackers, porn and ad spammers, etc., so I can see that it’s not easy to stay on top of things.

Gab should do about the same kind of monitoring that FR has....still free speech, opinions, posting of articles, etc....but nothing that goes over the line into bigotry and hate. That’s how the left wants to portray us, despite the fact that it describes them more than us, and letting these really vicious posts sit on the feed just gives them ammunition. Not to mention the fact that it turns off a lot of normal Gab posters and discourages people from joining.

His statement is idiotic. "Antisemitic" platform? He doesn't seem to understand what a platform is. Platforms carry the speech of users, but platforms typically aren't speech in and of themselves.

In order for a platform itself to be antisemitic, what would that even be like? Would it ban Jews from posting? Would it use an algorithm to censor pro-Jewish or pro-Israel comments? Would it have a graphic background full of swastikas and/or Nazi images?

I’ve seen some anti Semetic posts on Gab. I block them. Ben Garrison is well known for his Pro Trump anti swamp cartoons. The left takes his work to then alters it to make it anti-Semitic. Just more disinformation or the wrap up smear as Nanzi calls it.
