A task force empowered by Nancy Pelosi to review security following the Capitol riot on January 6th has recommended the formation of a “quick reaction force” of federal officers to provide security at that location.
The House Speaker announced in January that retired U.S. Army Lt. Gen. Russel Honoré would lead a team of experts in a security review of the Capitol following the riot.
“We suffered a devastating attack on the Capitol that threatened the lives of and traumatized Members of Congress, staff and support workers,” she announced at the time.
Fox News reports that Honoré’s task force made a series of recommendations, including “an increased National Guard presence,” “stocking up on mobile fencing,” and hiring nearly 1,000 additional USCP officers.
They add that a “quick reaction force” – or QRF – is recommended, and “would be manned 24/7, 365 days a year, and cost taxpayers between $40 and $130 million annually.”

Never thought our Capitol would resemble Baghdad, Kinshasa, or any third world hole but Pelosi has managed to do it.
She knows that many people are fully aware that she is evil and must be destroyed. She lives in fear of MAGA people.

As Washington D.C. was faced with off and on rioting all during the Trump administration, did Pelosi ever suggest such a thing? No. Why? Politics. The rioters during the Trump administration were political allies of Pelosi, thinking as she did - all that was wrong in Washington was Trump. So why now? To use police against those who might protest the Biden administration, in like manner as she allowed against Trump.

I believe full time Guard Soldiers exist to serve National Guard units.

What happened at the capitol barely qualifies as a minor scuffle. Except for one totally unjustified shooting.
What politicians were “traumatized”? Most of them were in a completely different location.
What utter nonsense...
And wait and see, they’ll have armed guards with full auto weapons surrounding the perimeter 24/7 and all public access shut down before the end of the year. The current razor wire toopped fence will become permanent, and possibly a secondary barrier behind the stone wall I’m willing to bet Pelosi is already scheming for.
Why not build a moat and drawbridge?
