The Devil’s Lettuce?
Never heard that one...I like it...:)
You’re mean! LOL!
I will say that, while FR fundraising drives me crazy, it sure beats the heck outta annoying ads everywhere. Quite honestly, if FR depended on ads to survive, I think she would have been done for a long time ago, a fact that many newspaper and news websites haven't quite grasped.
That's been happening on and off for years and has nothing
to do with your special Qtard research threads.
You take yourselves entirely too seriously.
Get yourselves some jobs, stand up straight and take a shower.
I've had that happen a few times, usually months apart, and only on certain threads, and yeah it tended to "go away" after a while.
Website software: Can't live with it, can't shoot it.
I get to say that, being the author and webmaster of a dozen-plus sites since 1996. There are times I'd like to shoot it, whether it was someone else's code or my own.
Sometimes it's best to get up from the computer and take a walk, around the house or down the street. Nothing about posting on a website is that damn important it's worth getting stressed about.
“Devils lettuce”
It’s not on this, rather exhaustive, list https://wayofleaf.com/blog/most-updated-420-slang-terms
Burmashave!
Freepers have twisted senses of humor...:)
Buncha Sick bastards and bitches. Gotta love’ em.
LOL, it is all fun and games until they come after you...:)
I had to look-there was not a single one in there that even brought a smile to my face, but...”Devil’s Lettuce”...that is pretty good!
Rd later.
It is a pretty widely used term with a very long history.

Before you think I am a daily reader of wiki leaf, let me just state the last time I smoked Wacky Tabacky was close to 30 years ago. I just have to deal with a lot of stoners in my line of work and as long as they perform I don’t care. (IT/Programming)
“”I could care less.””
As pointed out many times at FR, you really mean “I couldn’t care less.”
I believe the posting page is upside down. The question, “Source URL” should be the first question asked. As it is now, that question is one of the last ones asked.
By putting it first, the article source can be immediately checked against the No-No list and an appropriate error message displayed, saving the FReeper time and frustration.
I also believe the copyright post should be done away with. It hasn’t been correct (updated) in years.
It's a worthwhile article for posting except for the restriction on title and link only. However, there are several similar stories that could have been posted without restriction except requiring excerpts.
Below is the link to the one I just posted and another for the Daily Mail:
