Lefty Roberts is firmly in charge now of a 7-2 liberal court. The three Trump justices are lackeys who will do his bidding most of the time. Barrett will prove to be a hugh disappointment.
So much for the ‘promise’ of a solid conservative court. Gone, evaporated into thin air.

I used to have amazing respect for the SCOTUS. Now, I have virtually none. Not because they didn’t decide issues the way I wanted them, or thought they should be decided, but for something far worse.
The SCOTUS is cowardly and non-functional, and politically and not legally, motivated.
Example #1: They took up a abortion, not mentioned in the Constitution (therefore State Right), and took power from the states and the 10th Amendment. They ‘relieved’ the legislators of their ‘burden’ of having to pass an amendment or write a bill to make it the law of the land. This ‘political’ decision has resulted in a national division that has damaged the United States.
Example #2: They refused to hear any cases on Obama Eligibility. The point was valid, can a underage mother, provide US citizenship to a child whose father is a British Citizen. Can that child claim DUAL citizenship, and carry another countries passport into adulthood, and be a Natural Born Citizen. Please See Vattel: Law of Nations (and if your interested who checked out his book from the NYC library) which was available at the time the Constitution was written. They could have defined Natural Born Citizen. They could have demonstrated beyond doubt that Obama was legitimate, and put a clear understanding of Citizenship and it’s benefits. This is their JOB, to define what is meant in the Constitution and settle disputes, and clarify for the public. I believe they failed to take this case because the legal reality would have been politically disastrous. That’s cowardice and negligence when it comes to the SCOTUS.
Example 3: Texas vs. Multiple states. SCOTUS was original jurisdiction for state vs. state complaints. States have no other recourse but to go to the SCOTUS if they believe that another state has violated the Constitutional rights of it’s citizens. They refused to hear the case. Why? Not because Texas didn’t have a complaint, or that Texas hadn’t been harmed. They refused to hear it because the evidence brought fourth would have demonstrated the Judicial branches interference in State Legislators Constitutional right to set election law. Further, it would have brought THOUSANDS of charges of voter fraud. Once again, politically bad for the SCOTUS but it was their duty and responsibility to hear the case.
Every lawsuit of illegally changed election laws. Since that time, the SCOTUS has refused to hear EVERY case of illegal change of election laws, without the State Legislators approving it, by Governors, Attorney Generals, State Supreme courts, and Federal judges. This is particularly disturbing because the precedence has now been set that the SCOTUS will not be involved in election fraud and violation of the Constitution. That means the biggest CHEATER now wins elections. This effectively ends a Constitutional Republic ability to function, which is their justification for existence. This was more than just cowardly, negligent, or dereliction, this was torch to the document that our Republic is based upon.
The SCOTUS has been silent in matters concerning the Constitution, written in black and white. In the words of the Biden and Harris protesters “Silence is Violence”. There silence is violence against the document they are supposed to uphold. Some dare call it Treason.
While so many have left everything on the alter of freedom, is it asking so much that these nine people put aside politics and decide things based upon the Constitution and not their selfish whims of political bias? Is it to much to ask for them to do their jobs?
