Why didn’t the police in the room give her life saving care? Every cop is trained in EMT care and why didn’t they call the Capitol EMTs? Where was a stretcher to take to the ambulance? Why wasn’t they giving her CPR from the minute she was shot and you are required by law to give it until the doctor declares her dead?
