All told, seven people died in connection with the U.S. Capitol riot on Jan. 6. But only Ashli Babbitt’s death was directly caused by violence that day. She was a rioter killed by a Capitol Police officer, who fired the only shot by any person during the 4½-hour siege. Yet the story of who he is and why he opened fire remains shrouded in mystery.
More than six weeks after Babbitt succumbed to a single gunshot wound to the upper chest, authorities are keeping secret the identity of the officer who fired the fatal round. They won’t release his name, and the major news media aren’t clamoring for it, in stark contrast to other high-profile police shootings of unarmed civilians.

I believe that in like circumstances, any storeowner who shot such an unarmed woman would be facing murder charges.

We need to see the forensics. The autopsy report. The bullet.
Anyone know if there was a funeral for Ashli that was covered, even briefly, by FOX or anyone? I don’t remember.
I get the impression that the Democrat setup of the MAGA rally of 1/6 is sort of disintegrating before our eyes. First, we hear that none of the terrorists and insurrectionists that “stormed” the Capitol Building, were armed. None were.
We were told that Officer Sicknick died due to being bludgeoned with a fire extinguisher by a rioter. Nothing like that happened. That lie was told for weeks, and is still appearing.
Then we learn that one of the first people arrested, was a BLM/ANTIFA ally, certainly inspired by them. He was paid 70k to video the planned riot, by CNN and MSNBC. This information was verified, but suppressed by the MSM.
I have more than a hunch that these aren’t the only lies we are being told about this idiotic affair. The only information we ever seem to receive from the Democrat allied media, is fraudulent. So, why should we believe anything they say at all?
This is beyond disgusting that the perp hasn’t been identified and more importantly — charged.
