Two thousand National Guard troops in Washington, D.C. to protect the Biden inauguration this week have been sworn in as Special Deputy U.S. Marshals. The move comes after reports that Guard members were being vetted over fears of an “insider attack” by troops on the inauguration....The caption for the Flickr album reads, “WASHINGTON, Jan. 17, 2021 — Chief Deputy U.S. Marshal Lamont Ruffin from U. Pieces coming together. IMHO, media is spinning hard, trying desperately to make it look like all preps, deputizations, etc. are for BiteOne's protection. My belief is that the preps are for an entirely different purpose. We'll know soon one way or the other.

I don't think that would hold up in a legitimate court. I'm pretty sure you can't take an entire military division and say they are now also police officers. That being said the Republic of the United States ends in two days so anything goes.
We the people just need to understand if anything goes in DC then anything goes in our individual states. Including passing legislation saying federal laws, edicts, orders and rulings are not valid or binding on anyone or any entity in said state. Then everyone in the entire state can stand up face the proper direction and give our new middle finger salute to DC.

The deepstate likely mutinied against Trump regarding all of those investigations that never even got started. I’d expeCT mutiny in the ranks really only if the powers that be go over the top on what they order tham to do but I expect a healthy percentage of people not re-enlisting or even joining in the first place.
HA! Just imagine that sort of plan -- Reichstag Fire v2.1, since Jan 6 (v2.0) wasn't sufficient. The plan is to have a lot of MAGA protesters show up. At just the right time, someone shouts "Gun!" and the shooting starts, mowing down a crowd of MAGA protesters like some scene out of a Sergei Eisenstein film.
But maybe the only problem is that no MAGA protesters show up. Well, a plan is a plan. Just find a crowd of ANTIA and/or media types, yell "Gun!" and then mow them down. Perhaps a stray bullet could take out Joe. Then follow-up with nation-wide martial law and a crackdown on anyone who has failed to sufficiently support The Party.
When they shoot to kill - as opposed to biden’s “shoot them in the leg - they will be under the protection of the federal government. As national guardsmen, they might be subject to state criminal oversight. It’s the “new DOJ.”
