EXCLUSIVE: Constitutional Attorney Says Pence, Congress, Violated Constitution, Trump Can Use EAS To Circumvent Censorship "There is an insurrection going on inside of the entire government, funded, supported and fomented by foreign actors," said Attorney Ivan Raiklin.
Speaking exclusively with National File on January 7, Constitutional Attorney Ivan Raiklin explained that President Donald Trump’s “only option” to defend the Constitution is to “activate the Emergency Alert System.” This comes as Big Tech companies have banned President Trump and many of his supporters from using their platforms just days after Congress certified the fraudulent Electoral College results on January 6. He also pointed out multiple Constitutional violations by states, Congress, and Vice President Mike Pence. “Everyone consummated the violations to the Constitution across the board,” said Raiklin.
According to Raiklin’s legal analysis, the states violated the Constitution on December 14 when they sent their slates of electors to Congress.
You had the fraud going on at the precinct level. The states violated Article 1, Section 4, which is time, manner and place of running federal elections. They went outside those bounds.
Then Article 2, Section 1, Clause 2, the states violated that component of the Constitution, which is the Electors Clause, because they didn’t select their electors in the manner that the state legislatures mandated under their election laws.
Then you have Article 4, Section 2, which is the Supremacy Clause of Constitution, meaning that the Constitution and federal laws supercede any state laws in contravention to that federal law, by running their elections in the manner that they did and it goes alongside of Article 1, Section 4.
Also, they violated the 14th amendment, the individual folks that legally and legitimately voted, because their votes were diluted by the fraud. It could’ve only just been one dead person, at the end of the day it occurred and they need to have pristine elections, and that’s not what happened.
He also said that Vice President Pence violated the Constitution on December 23, by not sending a letter to those states, demanding that they correct the fraud. As National File reported, US Code actually prohibited Pence from accepting electoral votes from fraudulently certified states. Additionally, Raiklin said that Pence violated the Constitution a second time on January 6 by “not setting up an environment to correct the fraudulently certified electoral slates from these six contested states.”
“The United States Congress yesterday, facilitated the violation of all those parts of Constitution and in addition to that, they violated the 5th amendment, the Due Process clause, because the 5th amendment applies to the federal government. I’d argue that they also violated the 12th amendment, the manor that they voted in the House on the objections,” said Raiklin.
According to Raiklin, these Constitutional violations, along with the extensive censorship of the President by Big Tech and Big Media, who are still protected by Section 230 “courtesy of the Senate Republicans,” has left President Trump with one last option – activating the Emergency Alert System.
“His only option in order to be able to defend the Constitution is to activate the Emergency Alert System, to be able to convey his message to the American people across television, radio, internet, and phones, since he’s being banned on everything. In that message he needs to lay out the case to America that we are being attacked by foreign adversaries, particularly China, in terms of cyber. There’s also a Russian and Iranian component. I’m saying this with a high degree of confidence, based on all the reporting that I’ve seen, and it’s all unclassified,” said Raiklin.
“He needs to lay out the case of a foreign attack based on national security grounds, which is what you’d usually use the EAS system for, and articulate that under the framework of Executive Order 13848.”
Raiklin recommended that the President take his time and “articulate everything,” and to “use the entire executive department, declassify things that you need to declassify, to let folks know.”
Oh I think they’re trying to destroy him now because they’re afraid of what he will do ‘as a citizen’ away from the confines of Washington politics.

Let’s pretend all of this is true and correct. Unless a strong majority of the populace agrees with that, and the the proper remedy is retaining Trump as President, then it isn’t happening. That’s been a sizable part of the problem to date: Trump needed to convince people of the clear illegitimacy of the election. Regardless of the reason why, he was not able to do so. At this point, after the Fiasco on the 6th, I think his position to make that argument is even more tenuous.

Methinks this Ivan Raiklin is running after the 2nd train, currying P.R. for his next Senate run. Note this:
From Ballotpedia: "Ivan Raiklin (Republican Party) ran for election to the U.S. Senate to represent Virginia. He was disqualified from the Republican primary scheduled on June 12, 2018. Raiklin did not get the required number of signatures."
So I asked my lawyer if there are any remedies to fix this. He asked the managing partner, who he said was smarter than him. This lawyer said there are no remedies left in the Constitution. There are no provisions in the Constitution to reverse a certification of the electors by Congress, but there were many opportunities before the certification but for many reasons, the Trump team was not able to get the state legislatures, the courts or Congress to acknowledge the fraud. It's over.
This lawyer also told us that Trump is spending his time just trying to not get kicked out early. A second impeachment is a done deal and Congress may pass a bill declaring MAGA rallies domestic terrorism which would prevent Trump from having any more rallies in the future. These are the things he's working on.
I then asked a Judge about justice. He told me that justice is sometimes delayed until they meet the Judge. He didn't tell me why arnd He knows we get impatient, but He said it's best His way. He was busy, so I told my lawyer we should go. My lawyer didn't even charge me for his time.
Pence ran the other way when poor witnesses came forward to the riskmof their lives on the fraud.
This day will live in infamy.
I predict a boycott of the gop for at least one election cycle.
There are no doubt quite a few reasons they want to destroy him, but I think one of their biggest reasons is something I've not yet seen anyone talk about:
If they feel they've de-legitimized him sufficiently in the eyes of "everyone who counts," they'll use that "consensus" to de-legit everything he's touched or accomplished - most importantly his 3 SCOTUS choices. So they'll talk up the "illegitimate SCOTUS appointments" to justify packing SCOTUS, and also likely packing the 2nd most influential court - the DC Circuit Court of Appeals.

I started watching Battlestar Galactica the other day. New version. Commander Amada was wanting to fight the Cylons even after everyone on the planet was dead and all other Battlestars destroyed. One battlestar against several. He finally came to his senses and repeated the president’s words. “The war is over, we lost.” It reminded me of our situation. The Cylons had been preparing for 40 years, similar to how the communists infiltrated our EDU system that long ago.
Now they have the msm, edu, big tech, big biz, fedgov bureaucracy of hundreds of thousands, unions, hollywood, music. Basically all of society except for the middle class, most of whom are blissfully ignorant and saving up for that new car, truck, bass boat, big screen tv. They’re watching TV, not politics.
The election was obviously a fraud but no one that matters cared. They all hate Trump and US.
