Pardon himself for what crime?

Doesn’t one have to be already convicted of a crime before eligible for a pardon?

There is an open question as to whether one can be pardoned for a crime with which one was never charged, but I don't think there is any question that one can be pardoned for a crime of which one is charged but not convicted.

Ford, of course, famously pardoned Nixon for crimes of which he was never charged, and that was never challenged.

There is also the question of whether a President can pardon himself. There is, of course, no case on it, but there was a DOJ memo written shortly before Nixon's resignation advising him that he did not have the power to pardon himself. That is just a particular government lawyer's opinion and not binding authority, of course.

There were a series of fraudulent voting charges here. Were they enforced and corrected before this election took place ? If they weren’t is not a review called for ?
If the Georgia Secretary of State is in charge of voting he has the responsibility of enforcing the state’s regulations as to who votes. And eliminate those from voter lists who don’t qualify.

Assign prosecutors to investigate and Check if military actually voted. Identify remove and charge Illegals and state visitors known as snowbirds if they voted and their residency and citizenship does not qualify them .

Then while including any technical computer testemony go to the court and get these results tossed. Try and get it done SAP before the 20th
