Agreed. A new election doesn’t matter when there continues to be systemic vote fraud, just as ordering a recount of ballots doesn’t remove the fake ones.
They are part of the “system” and have a “system sense.”
Do not expect anyone that has been institutionalized, that benefits from the system, to question the system.
The problem is that “the system,” is no long what out Founding Fathers envisioned.
In America you no longer have a Bill of Rights, all 10 have been undermined (name me one of the first 10 that has not been abridged?), and the SCOTUS helped in doing this! You no longer have a rule of law as some are enforced and others are not depending on who is in power, and you have double standards for those in power. These last elections show that you don’t have a democratic process anymore. Not really. You have the appearance of democracy, like you have the appearance of privacy in this country. You go through the motions pretending while behind the curtain everything is entirely the opposite of how it should be.

I believe it is exactly why the right have “boldly” abandoned him. They are in on the corruption, likely having been promised boco bucks for betraying both the gop party and the nation.
This was a very bold coup from within Trumps own party. He and we have been betrayed by rinos who are so confide t that they will get away with it that they don’t even bother to try to hide it anymore.

Roberts would rather continue to keep his head and the other justices' heads in the sand, even though China Joe wants to make them irrelevant with his court packing scheme.
And if Americans stand up and do something they will call us uncivilized and lots of names. Likely racist, somehow they will use race as a way to make people stop. They made this steal so obvious that it was the biggest smack in the face ever. They used race to drive the riots and looting and destroying towns for weeks before the election. But now if The Americans stand up do something about the obvious steal then they will scream racism and many names. Difference is that these Americans aren’t coming for looting and destroying towns, they have to know that they are coming for the politicians. I assume they will want to use the same police they want to defund to help protect them and want the military they refused to ask for help from in stopping the riots before the election to also now help them.

Even if they could order a “do-over”, it would still be the responsibility of each individual state to determine the rules of their own elections and implement them, so you’d just get the same fraud all over again.
The fedgov needs (in future elections at least) to implement on their end some specific rules the states need to follow in the electoral process, so that Congress can refuse to accept electors from states that violate those procedures. For example, election judges or observers cannot be ejected during counting, counting must only take place during certain designated hours, etc.
The feds cannot tell the states how to run their elections, but the feds can say that if the states do certain things, then the feds will not accept the results as valid. I think that’s the only way to limit the fraud going forward.
The five justices we had counted on seems to have really wobbly knees, afraid of being vandalized, perhaps.
Biden won’t need to pack the court; he already has the justices in his corner.

Exactly wrong. Our constitution is based on English Common Law and has to be interpreted on that basis. Fraud vitiates everything. The remedy for failing to hold an election is to hold an election. That the date for the election establsihed in law has passed doesn't mean that an election cannot be held.
If the Supremely Cowardly Court won’t give standing to 20 states when the states being sued clearly changed the rules unconstitutionally why does anybody think it is worth a damn for anything else now?

This is the “break glass in case of emergency” clause of the U.S. Constitution.
When a U.S. state transitions from govenment according to the rule of law to government according the whims of certain strategically placed men, the people of that state have been robbed of a republican form of government and it’s time for the federal government to step in and open up a 40 ounce can of “attitude correction product”.
It would only work if they cleaned up voter rolls and ensured honest vote tabulating and submission.
