Is this a great state or what? Don’t knock it till you’ve lived it.

I e seriously looked at retiring in Oklahoma.

And another deflection after the lying.

How many screen names do you have?

Same pathetic arguments over and over by the same person.

Your ludicrous posts may be preserving your fragile psyche - but rest assured they do nothing but harm to your anti-legalization cause.

Are you saying deep-red OK wants to dumb down its populace?

Natural consequences.

You put enough mind altering substance into your body and that is what will happen.

Having to deal with someone right now who bought into the "it's just an herb" so it is harmless. Maybe, although I would not bet on it, but when you are high your brain is not exactly working at peak capacity.

“You put enough mind altering substance into your body and that is what will happen.”

Why should anyone think deep-red Oklahoma will put “enough” marijuana into their bodies?

Price of land has increased mightily. Sad to see the state do this. OK = Nevada-lite.

Anybody who pushes weed as ‘good’ for a society is as brain-dead as those who have been smoking it for decades.

China was pretty much colonized in the 15th & 16th centuries due to it’s massive drug addictions.

We’re no different - a country of damn fools.

OK = Nevada-lite.

Not hardly:

OK = 65% for Trump
NV = 48% for Trump

Nobody on FR does that - many advance liberty as a good for society, whether it be alcohol, tobacco, or weed.

I'm not sure anything is "harmless" - certainly alcohol, tobacco, and marijuana are not. It can only make the message of marijuana's downside more readily received if we stop ending the message with "... and that's why we'll throw you in jail for using it."

Because they are humans and we usually do things to excess.

Especially when we are being bombarded with propaganda that something is "harmless".

Alcohol is something that we know is harmful in excess. We have been both told and shown that repeatedly.

But if you try to tell someone that too much weed is bad for you they automatically will come back with "that is just propaganda."

They will continue to say that as they lose their job, are given an allowance like a child because they have run up major debt, and their wife of nineteen years is thinking about leaving because they can not even be trusted to watch the children while she is at work.

Exceptions from workplace policies prohibiting use unless sensitive jobs like pilots drivers etc.

Got it - thanks! Sounds like Oklahoma has exactly the sensible policies you’d expect from true conservatives.

I've never been bombarded - and I live in a state that recently legalized.
