The fate of our Nation rests upon a knife-edge. The DemocRATs retain control of the House and will likely take over the Presidency unless by some miracle the fraud is unwound. Control of the Senate now rests with the runoff election in Georgia. If the DemocRATs manage to get a Senate majority, it is game over.
You have seen the calls in the press for DemocRAT voters to flock to Georgia in order to steal the Senate races in that state. “New York Times columnist Thomas Friedman and a Democrat activist urged party members to move to Georgia and register to vote in the two runoff U.S. Senate races in January. ” [see This doesn't seem legal ... Democrats, Media Urge People to Move to Georgia and Vote In Senate Runoffs ] Numerous media outlets report that 85,000 voters have registered since the cutoff for the November election. I agree with the post, it shouldn't be legal.
The US Supreme Court has ruled in Foster v. Love (1997) that Election Day is one single day. [see SCOTUS 9-0: Election Day Is One Single Day. Listen to oral argument from Foster v. Love (1997) ] SCOTUS has also ruled that State Legislatures are the sole arbiters of election rules. “'The Constitution provides that state legislatures — not federal judges, not state judges, not state governors, not other state officials — bear primary responsibility for setting election rules,' Justice Neil Gorsuch wrote in a concurring opinion.” [see In Oct 2020, SCOTUS Made This Ruling On Wisconsin Absentee Ballots] While true, state legislatures cannot set election rules that violate the Constitution and the Supreme Court rulings that interpret same. That is the issue here.
Georgia has established that a runoff election is to be held if no candidate receives more than half the votes cast on election day. So be it. Many states have similar runoff provisions. But should new registrants be allowed to vote in the runoff? No! In order to remain compliant with the concept of “one single day,” only those registered by the registration cutoff for the 2nd Tuesday in November vote should be allowed to cast ballots in a runoff. Otherwise, we have just the sort of manipulation called for by Friedman et al.
So, the lawsuit I seek should direct the State of Georgia to limit the runoff vote only to those registered by the original deadline. If that is not acceptable, the the new registrants should be required to cast provisional ballots. Any mail-in or absentee ballots already cast should be treated as provisional ballots. At a minimum, an emergency order should be issued to that effect and the provisional ballots sequestered until a final ruling is issued.
One basis for the lawsuit to prevail is that some portion of those new registrants have already cast ballots for Senate races outside of Georgia. If they are allowed to also cast ballots in the Runoff, then they would be allowed to vote for up to four Senators, depending on the races voted on Election Day. Surely that violates the principle of “one man, one vote.”
Let the political parties do everything they can to GOTV [get out the vote] prior to runoff election day, but only for those participants registered in time for the “one single day.” I pray that the GOP is doing just that because the DemocRATs surely are.
Lots of things violate "one man, one vote" - under Baker v. Carr this only applies to apportionment of congressional districts. The principle should be extended to procedures of registration, election conduct, and tabulation. But to date it has not been applied. It would seem that the circumstances of the November 2020 elections are begging for a challenge that seeks that extension.

Lawsuits are not going to work. Judges and courts are corrupt all the way to SCOTUS. Just a waste of time at this point.
Yes, I had heard this same issue recently and without doubt we need to STOP the democrats from stealing this election. Certainly the candidates have standing to bring this forth (Purdue and Loeffler)??
Only votes that are cast by residents that had register prior to the NOV 3 election are eligible!!!
President Trump might consider arresting the GA Governor for insurrection and sequester him in GITMO for the international link of data in the GA elections.
This is important to remove the Governor’s pick of Electors if the Legislature can’t choose their own Electors. The scenario comes into play on Jan. 6 where competing slates of Electors are presented to the Electoral College, and the objections to both slates are denied. Then the slate from the State’s Executive (Governor) as the default is chosen. That’s why he needs to be in GITMO come Jan. 6.
Close, but no cigar. Only electors (voters) who actually voted in the special election may vote in the continuation. This is found on the voter registration rolls of the history of a given voter on the current roster. The number of actual qualified voters for the runoff will be somewhat less from the voters who moved out of state or died. The list of those names should be distributed to the poll watchers for signature matching. That would be enough to stop this particular cheat.

On War room today they said 80,000 new voters registered in GA. The Georgia law says you can only vote in a runoff election if you voted in the previous election. I’m sure they will ignore that law.
The problem that I see with this analysis is that I am told to depend on two never Trumper RINO senators to save the Republic.
I really believe that that chore of saving the Republic is going to rest with the people, and that with just a few patriotic citizens. Washington D.C. is incapable of maintaining the Republic; they are too busy with personal gains.
I get over 100 emails a day, five to ten from the same few sources, warning me that I must sell everything that I have and give it to them so that they can save the Republic. I am filled with doubts about that solution. I can pledge my life, my fortune {such as it is} and my sacred honor without fattening D.C. pockets. We do not elect these carpetbaggers to 'save the Republic'; instead we elect them to pass laws that make the Republic work better. That mission has long been forgotten in D.C.
They have driven the dollar to the point of collapse; Glenn Beck said this morning that the dollar is collapsing now. Perilous times - and I do not see any solutions coming from D.C.

The law as I read it already exists; how do we get our rulers to obey the law? They do not have a good track record doing that. The 'law suit' should be for a 'writ of mandamus' I guess... and then find someone to enforce same.
I agree, no solutions from DC. Now that Trump looks to be “down for the count”, the fakers are all revealing themselves. McConnell slow walking appointments, Inhofe saying they will overrule the veto of the defence authorization bill stuffed with crap, etc.

Well stated; sigh The Republic appears to be dissolving right before our eyes. Millions of people unemployed and a million small businesses forced to shut 'for public safety' -- and none of this the result of a {cowardly} legislature passing a law, just dictates pronounced by tyrants. 'Dictates' are created by dictators; is this a mystery?
Only those oppressed by the tyranny can shuffle off the yoke; history is clear on that. Businesses should open by the thousands so that the state has to arrest by the thousands; churches should open by the thousands; then the world can see what has happened to the original home of freedom. A great door closing on Earth, perhaps 'forever'.
