Sidney Powell's "Kraken" has finally made it to the docket of the Supreme Court. The suit is perhaps the strongest collective argument yet against voter fraud.
It contains the forensic audit done in Michigan that proves systemic voter fraud occurred through the Dominion Voting System tabulation. It also has proof of at least 200,000 FRAUDULANT VOTES casted in the election.
Further, it contains official Georgia elections records that prove the Dominion Voting Systems program's "inability to repeatably duplicate creditable election results." In other words, official Georgia election canvassers could not rely on Dominion Voting Systems' software to count the vote because it didn't repeat the same vote totals twice.
The Lawsuit states:
15. The Interim Report shows multiple grave problems with the accuracy and vulnerability to hacking and evidence destruction of the Dominion Voting Systems (“Dominion”) machines used in Antrim County, Michigan. The report is relevant to each of the Related Cases because each of the states in question uses Dominion equipment. The Interim Report vindicates the lengthy opinion and order of Judge Amy Totenberg in Curling v. Raffensperger, 2020 WL 5994029 (N.D. Ga. 10/11/20), which found “extreme” and unacceptable security risks in the Dominion system. Compelling evidence and expert analyses show convincingly that the results of the Dominion system cannot be trusted and should not have been certified.
16. The findings in the Interim Report are consistent with the expert testimony provided by Mr. Ramsland regarding Dominion’s vote manipulation in the Petitioners’ November 25, 2020 complaint filed in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia (the “District Court”) (R 450; 2438), and with his testimony in the Related Cases. Mr. Ramsland concluded in the Georgia case that, for the State of Georgia, “at least 96,000 mail-in ballots were fraudulently cast,” and “136,098 ballots were illegally counted as result of improper manipulation of the Dominion software,” id., each of which is several times larger than former VicePresident [sic] Biden’s margin of victory in Georgia (10,457 votes). Similar anomalies exist in the Related Cases. Among other things, the Complaints in the trial courts and the Petitions to this Court in each of the Related Cases all seek prospective injunctive relief requiring a similar forensic audit of Dominion voting machines.
17. The Coffee County, Georgia Board of Registration and Elections refused to certify the machine recount election returns on their Dominion systems “given its inability to repeatably duplicate creditable election results.”6 The results of the machine recount report were internally inconsistent and could not be reconciled and were inconsistent with both the election night count and the hand audit.7 The Coffee County BRE analysis confirms the findings of the Interim Report, cited above, that ballots going to adjudication can be changed on a wholesale basis by the operator with no oversight, controls or accountability, an extremely serious vulnerability.
The Kraken has been released, and it's time to audit the vote and cancel out the widespread fraud that tipped the election for Biden.

She said the problem arises when her office had to make last-minute updates to candidates appearing on the ballots.
"It was discovered that we had not received a second new flash drive to reprogram the tabulator compact flashcard election source sent it to us," said Guy. "We installed the new program and reprogramed the tabulator flashcards."
The oversight committee worried that if she hadn't received an email questioning the results, the mistake would have gone unnoticed.
"If she had not gotten the email, the Board of Canvassers would have absolutely caught this because the tabulated tapes wouldn't have matched the reported results and flags would have begun going up immediately," said Byrum.
I believe the GOP county clerk, NOT the ASOG corporation who has absolutely ZERO experience with voting machines and whose sole goal is to please the conspiracy theorists that hired them.

It's pretty significant that none of the principals involved with this recently created company, ALLIED SPECIAL OPERATIONS GROUP, LLC do not have any qualifications to do security audits, and refuse to provide the actual experts they claimed to have used. They are also clearly a political group. The three principles named, a lawyer, a political PAC operator, and a failed congressional candidate. And it's hilarious that they cannot even get the name the corporation they registered right.
Their description on their web site smells like name-dropping bullsh$t too: "ASOG is a group of globally engaged professionals who come from various disciplines to include Department of Defense, Secret Service, Department of Homeland Security, and the Central Intelligence Agency."

That's not the only mistake. The Zeeland Charter turnout was not 460%, it was 85.6% percent. The Grout Township was not 215%, it was 76.5%. Are these just ASOG's mistakes, or are these just made up lies.

He presides over Impeachment hearings and sets the agenda somewhat, but it appears the Constitution doesn't give me extraordinary powers if 5 justices over-rule him on what cases to take.
We're complaining about Roberts, but the key conservative justices who blocked Texas were Barret, Kavanaugh, and Gorsuch.
If they don't rule Conservative in crucial matters like election fraud, then we don't have a Conservative court at all.

Truth is dead. The Constitutional Republic of the United States of America id dead. The Constitution has been rendered null and void.
Read the Declaration of Independence. Read it carefully and slowly. Read it word for word. If necessary read it multiple times. By reading it carefully, you will learn that the framers previously had communicated and even pleaded with the King of England to have their grievances addressed . Just as we have with the Courts. The framers of the Declaration of Independence were met with refusal and contempt from the King. Just as we have been met with refusal and held in contempt by the Courts.
Since our legal remedies have been squashed as a bug and with the bases of contempt, that leaves us with only one way to restore the Constitutional Republic of the United States of America and to return the Constitution to its rightful place. The shedding of our blood. Are we up to it?
You may be right. But I disagree. We have lawful Executive Orders that can be used in such a case. We received a digital equivalent of a Pearl Harbor attack.
President Trump will use that to save the Republic — if he has to. But the preferred method is to let the Constitutional process play out.
