Stephen Miller on Fox & Friends says "an alternative" group of electors is also voting today:
"As we speak, an alternate slate of electors in the contested states is going to vote and we are going to send those results to Congress."
Trial in the Senate?
SCOTUS appeal?
Anyone know the process?
Trust our institutions.
SOS chooses electors and confirmed by Governor. An alternate slate can be put forth by the legislature. Havent heard anything about the legislatures doing anything.
I don’t but it has happened before:

Sure thing. If the alternative electors vote for Trump in every state that was allegedly won by Biden and then we count their votes along with the Trump state votes, Trump will win unanimously.
Bttt
Oh great, it's deja vu all over again1
Trust Sessions
Trust Barr
Trust SCOTUS

Agree...
I may as well send a letter to my Congressional Representatives and watch them overturn fraudulent results based on my letter.
Please dear God, let this be true!
You forget ‘trust the plan’.
I have heard that select groups of the legislatures of PA,MI,WI,GA,NV,AZ will be putting forth Trump electors today.
I mean in my experience -'trust' is like ‘esteem’ ... It has to be EARNED.
Only one we can ever trust. Trust God.
No, the House and the Senate meet separately to debate and vote on which slate of Electors to count.
3 U.S. Code § 15 - Counting electoral votes in Congress... and in such case of more than one return or paper purporting to be a return from a State, ... then those votes, and those only, shall be counted which the two Houses shall concurrently decide were cast by lawful electors appointed in accordance with the laws of the State, unless the two Houses, acting separately, shall concurrently decide such votes not to be the lawful votes of the legally appointed electors of such State. But if the two Houses shall disagree in respect of the counting of such votes, then, and in that case, the votes of the electors whose appointment shall have been certified by the executive of the State, under the seal thereof, shall be counted.
The House and the Senate vote separately on which slate of Electors to accept. If they do not agree, then the slate of Electors certified by the Governor of the State shall be counted.
You’ve got to be kidding!!!
And to me, that's the problem. As soon as it became obvious that the vote counts were fraudulent the state legislatures should have met and started the process to change how they select their Electors
Pennsylvania legislators met and declared that the Electors have to be approved by them, but I've heard nothing since.
The question will be whether those electors were lawfully appointed and whether anyone wants to see it. I am not aware that in any swing state the legislature has passed laws that allow machines and software using fractional counting to reallocate votes from the Republican and to the Democrate candidate or allows the dead to vote or allows exclusion of observers from counting centers or.
(Vote shaving---a RICO flavored gooey centered software "Easter Egg"!)
Hollywood explains How the Democrats handle accusations of election fraud.
Never give up on the con, never.
Pence’s crayon has never colored outside the establishment lines and it isn’t likely to start now.
Wouldn’t it be a hoot?
At the meeting today the Electors hand the ballots to VP Pence for counting and he orders that the room be emptied. Once empty he brings in a shredder and after he makes marks on a legal pad, he shreds the original ballots as he goes. He then allows everyone back into the room where he announces that Trump won.
Democrats howl: “That’s outrageous! Show us the ballots”! Pence says, “Sorry, you don’t have standing to look at the ballots”.
So both houses have to vote to reject a state’s duly certified slate of electors in order for a state’s duly certified slate of electors to be duly and finally rejected on 1/6/2021, but only one house has to vote to reject a non-certified slate of electors from a given state for such non-certifield slate of electors to be duly and finally rejected on 1/6/2021. So a duly certified slate of electors will end up being accepted if, in the end, only one house accepts it on 1/6/2021. Is this right?
