Wood’s and Powell’s federal suits were a side show. Wood was suing in his own right as an ordinary voter, and clearly lacked standing. Powell was representing elector nominees who lacked standing to bring the constitutional claims but may have had standing to bring an election contest under Georgia law. However, she chose to file in federal court for some reason, and the federal court clearly has no jurisdiction over a state-law election challenge between parties from the same state.

The real case (if it is ever actually filed) is the Trump Campaign’s election challenge in state court. The problem is that it looks like they may not have even filed it yet, and time’s wasting. The challenge may be moot after tomorrow’s “safe harbor” deadline, and will certainly meet after the electors have voted on 12/14.

the stolen election can be restored by the state legislatures (if they will do their jobs, it is not clear that they will however our Founders provided for them to do it if they only will)
or by the courts.
anything in the courts will have to get up to the US Supremes to be decided...lower courts like the one in this article can decide PRO honest elections or CON honest elections... either way it won’t matter much... because their decisions will just get appealed up to the Supreme Court anyway

so it is well that these lower courts appear to be issuing their decisions quickly, it enables the cases to get up to the Supreme Court quickly

note: the SorozNazi DNC election thieves thought they had the US Supreme Court rigged, too......don’t think they didn’t have this figured out.....they did....Roberts is under their control (probable blackmail or at least some serious threats?) so they had the Supreme Court pretty well backstopped, controlled. I listened to the audio. The judge said (right or wrong) it wasn’t his position to negate the results. And if he did, the appeal court would overturn him. I saw it as a formality honestly.

Batten was looking for any excuse to dismiss it. Putting up objection after objection.

He asked Powell to comment on a hypothetical - that if he were to grant her request, would it make it possible for Trump to win the election.

This was a ridiculous question to ask a lawyer addressing issues in a single state, and Powell should have answered that that question was not germane to the question at hand (Georgia Fraud).
