A former FBI special agent spent several hours scouring the over 580,000 registered voters in the Peach State. Derek Somerville found over 57,000 cast ballots in a county DIFFERENT than where they reside. And Derek found over 17,000 ballots with OUT OF STATE mail requests.

The devil went down to Georgia
He was looking for an election to steal
And he was in a bind
Biden was way behind
And had a plan to conceal...

I used to live in Georgia!

Can I vote there too?........................

Sure...me too. I always vote as many times as I can. Georgia is one really screwed up state. Only thing that keeps Florida from sliding off into the oceans is Georgia.....That’s because Georgia SUCKS so much......

There’s over 17,000 indictments, and loss of voting rights for 25 years.

Neither of these are clear evidence of fraud. In the first case, they are all valid voters, in the state, maybe have moved recently — might impact congressional and state races, but not really the presidential election, for which you simply have to be a resident of the state.

The second case simply indicates the people are not currently located in the state. Doesn’t mean they do not claim the state as their primary state, I signed an absentee ballot a couple years ago for a person who was temporarily living in Virginia, but had not decided where to move yet, and still had a Tennessee licence and voter registration.

These could be college students, who are allowed to claim their college town as their “residence”, but because of COVID were home, and often ARE home when it is time to do absentee ballot requests.

They could be people out of country even, who still claim residence. They might be people who own a home in Georgia, but are doing a long-term vacation elsewhere. Georgia doesn’t seem like Florida to me, but I know there are a LOT of people who go back and forth between Florida and northern states, and they simply have to pick which one is their “primary residence.”

17,000 is simply not that many voters for this to be a clear indication. I’m sure that SOME of them probably have moved long enough ago that they should have changed to their new state. On the other hand, if it is people who moved, you’d expect half of them to be Trump supporters/republicans, so this also doesn’t indicate why “trump lost”.

yes but you would not expect trump voters to vote where they are not a resident, thats what dems do so more like 95-5% biden voters..

>>Hey Hannity, where is that 99% you’re always flapping yer yap about?<<

lol...that’s funny. I kept asking the same question. It appears there are no whistle blowers in the FBI. No one stepping forward to reveal corruption.

Hey, know what they say? Silence is acceptance.

With access to tax records, authorities could easily straighten that out. Of course that would require interest by law enforcement, not a former FBI agent. The Georgia Dept of Revenue should be interested. They could easily crosscheck voter registrations with Georgia tax returns. It appears to me that Georgia taxes all income levels, a 1% rate for incomd of $0 to $750. Standard deduction is $4,600/$6,000 single/joing, so most residents must file returns.

Eh one of mine would, the other actually watches TV (not kidding), so he is fairly well informed—doubt he would do it ;)

FBI? Hmmm.

There is a stop-the-steal type group that went to Raffensperger’s office and home to protest yesterday and/or today.

Groups are asking for people from all over the country to call Raffensperger and governor...(Both are supposedly Republicans.)

People from EVERYWHERE can and should try to call and email the swing states GOV and SOS and GOP leadership to stop the steal—especially PA and GA—which seem to be the biggest fires today.

Not only the presidency, but the senate hangs in the balance—and seems to depend on Georgia due to run-off.

Also people can call their GOP senators and ask them to break radio silence and stand with the President—support him!

Steve Bannon War Room on YouTube is a good place to get fairly information.

“””Derek Somerville found over 57,000 cast ballots in a county DIFFERENT than where they reside.”””

And were these 57,000 cast ballots by registered DEMOCRATS or REPUBLICANS?

Only if the 57,000 moved within 30 days before the Nov 3 election.

If a person moved more than 30 days before an election and cast a ballot at the new location, their ballot is invalid.

“Hey, know what they say? Silence is acceptance.”

My guess is there is much more active participation than mere acceptance.

Actually, Congress rules are probably the last stop. It would be a useless exercise with this election.
If we had taken the house and kept the senate it might have been interesting.

Objections and limits on congressional inquiry.

Under Section 4 (3 U.S.C. § 15), upon reading of "any certificate or paper, the president of the Senate shall call for objections, if any." Every objection must be made in writing, and must "state clearly and concisely, and without argument," the ground for the objection. It must be signed by at least one Senator and one member of the House of Representatives before the objection can be received. Once all objections to any vote or paper from a state have been received and read, the Senate withdraws and the two houses consider the objections separately.

However, when considering such objections, Section 4 requires that – assuming "but one return [from the state] has been received" – no electoral votes from electors whose appointment has been "lawfully certified" under the ascertainment process (see above) can be rejected. The two houses may only reject a vote or votes if both houses agree that such vote(s) have not been "regularly given" by an individual elector or electors.

wiki also has a half-way decent explanation on it

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Electoral_Count_Act

RATs tried to do this in 2000 and Gore rule the motions out of order.
