In the filing Sidney Powell and her attorneys allege that the Dominion software was accessed by agents representing China and Iran in order to manipulate the election.

Surely you are not going to take the position that a really good lawyer could have Sullivan cheering General Flynn as he dropped all charges.
Or that a good lawyer could talk Clarence Thomas into drawing a black line through the 1St Amendment in his personal copy of the Constitution.
Sullivan has some problem regarding General Flynn that no lawyer could deal with.
There’s no question the Bidens were affiliated with the Banking institutions and cooperations in China...and their Gov. officials. Rigging our election for a Biden win would benefit the Biden Crime family as well as the five crime families that run the Chinese government. Not to mention remove Trump and the investigations into the Bidens criminal operations with China......Trump was getting in the way.

She was involved in defending Arthur Andersen in the aftermath of the Enron financial scandal. As anyone who followed that imbroglio knows, Arthur Andersen had its license yanked and shut down as a business entity.The Anderson decision was overturned by the Supreme Court. Throughout, Powell was instrumental in exposing the prosecutorial abuse of a-hole Weissman in the Enron prosecutions, over which SCOTUS ruled in Anderson's favor.
I haven’t read through all of her exhibits... Have you? Or is the fact that they haven’t posted all of their info enough for you to conclude that absence of evidence is also evidence of absence?

Let’s talk about this particular article — which part of the article is untrue? ( never happened ). Did or did Sidney Powell not file her lawsuit and did the lawsuit not include the allegations about China and Iran?
And where did you get the information that Jim Hoft is gay?
Sidney Powell has more success than her present detractors dictate.
Her efforts to defend Gen. Mike Flynn, are admirable.

I was hoping for an example of satisfactory evidence, not a diatribe or rehash of history. What kind of evidence, short of what is at hand so far, will win the case? “The kind that wins” evades my question. Provide an example, please. Real time video? Digital time stamps? At some point the court must deal with substantial evidence. What do you consider to be substantial enough?

I believe McEnerny (sp?) has reported that. She obviously has been working closely with Flynn who is reportedly one of the good guys who has been at the top of US intel and whose protege, Cohen-Wathick, is now senior at the DoD working with their intel who would be the ones enrrusted with this.
For a better understanding of what is going on look at what Powell retweets, including late last night when she retweeted that the GA suit was mild re: Dominion bwcause there they were primarily going after lower hanging fruit and that it is in the MI suit that the Dominion charges and info are devastating if the suit progresses.
Biden will concede, withdraw, apologize, defer, whatever....
