Sidney Powell has released what she called ‘the Kraken’ – two lawsuits alleging ‘massive voter fraud’ in the presidential election.
She published a 104-page document detailing allegations about Georgia and a 75-page document looking at Michigan on Wednesday night, calling for the election results to be decertified, Trump to be declared the winner and voting machines to be impounded.
In the documents – released online at midnight on the eve of Thanksgiving – she alleged the election had been ‘rigged’ to favor Joe Biden, and that foreign powers were involved.

She added: ‘Exhibits to follow. Also #ReleaseTheKraken in #Michigan’.

In the filings, the maverick lawyer spelled out claims she had previously made at a tumultuous press conference the week before – namely that Georgia and Michigan used election machinery designed by Venezuela’s Hugo Chavez, who died in 2013, with the express wish of rigging the vote.
She alleges that China and Iran used these voting systems to influence the US election and that 96,000 votes cast for Biden in Georgia were illegally counted.( page 10
Additionally, incontrovertible evidence Board of Elections records demonstrates that at least 96,600 absentee ballots were requested and counted but were never recorded as being returned to county election boards by the voter. Thus, at a minimum, 96,600 votes must be disregarded. (See Attached hereto, Exh. 9, R. Ramsland Aff.)

In her bombshell claims, she also noted that officials in one Georgia county forced everyone to evacuate because of a water leak, only for counters to stay unsupervised to tamper with the votes.
Powell also claimed that 20,311 absentee or early voters in Georgia that voted while registered have actually moved out of state and may have voted twice.
HERE IS WHAT POWELL IS ASKING FOR:
For these reasons, Plaintiff asks this Court to enter a judgment in their favor and provide the following emergency relief: 1. An order directing Governor Kemp, Secretary Raffensperger and the Georgia State Board of Elections to de-certify the election results; 2. An order enjoining Governor Kemp from transmitting the currently certified election results to the Electoral College; 3. An order requiring Governor Kemp to transmit certified election results that state that President Donald Trump is the winner of the election;

4. An immediate order to impound all the voting machines and software in Georgia for expert inspection by the Plaintiffs. 5. An order that no votes received or tabulated by machines that were not certified as required by federal and state law be counted. 6. A declaratory judgment declaring that Georgia Secretary of State Rule 183-1-14-0.9-.15 violates the Electors and Elections Clause, U.S. CONST. art. I, § 4; 7. A declaratory judgment declaring that Georgia’s failed system of signature verification violates the Electors and Elections Clause by working a de facto abolition of the signature verification requirement; 8. A declaratory judgment declaring that current certified election results violates the Due Process Clause, U.S. CONST. Amend. XIV; 9. A declaratory judgment declaring that mail-in and absentee ballot fraud must be remedied with a Full Manual Recount or statistically valid sampling that properly verifies the signatures on absentee ballot envelopes and that invalidates the certified results if the recount or sampling analysis shows a sufficient number of ineligible absentee ballots were counted;

10. An emergency declaratory judgment that voting machines be Seized and Impounded immediately for a forensic audit—by plaintiffs’ expects; 11. A declaratory judgment declaring absentee ballot fraud occurred in violation of Constitutional rights, Election laws and under state law; 12. A permanent injunction prohibiting the Governor and Secretary of State from transmitting the currently certified results to the Electoral College based on the overwhelming evidence of election tampering; 13. Immediate production of 36 hours of security camera recording of all rooms used in the voting process at State Farm Arena in Fulton County, GA from 12:00am to 3:00am until 6:00pm on November 3. 14. Plaintiffs further request the Court grant such other relief as is just and proper, including but not limited to, the costs of this action and their reasonable attorney fees and expenses pursuant to 42 U.S.C. 1988.
In the Michigan case, Powell sued Governor Gretchen Whitmer, the secretary of state, Jocelyn Benson, and the Michigan board of state canvassers on behalf of six plaintiffs.
Powell said the case was one of ‘massive election fraud’.
In Michigan, as in Georgia, the case focused on election machines made by a Toronto-based company called Dominion, and a rival Florida-registered firm, Smartmatic.

It’s a civil suit by a law firm in GS, Sidney and Lin Wood that asks to de-certify or discounts questionable ballots or direct electors to vote for Trump. See “Relief” towards the end of the doc.

She promised by Wednesday, so that was as close as she could get.
The filing mentions early on that some of the behavior was most egregious in the counties of Barrow, Forsyth, Hall, Paulding. These are very red counties but I’ve read through the filing several times and have yet to find anything about those counties. Lots of mention of Fulton, Cobb and Floyd but no mention of the others that were specifically cited. The three that I mentioned were not listed as being most egregious. Were Barrow, Forsyth, Hall and Paulding incorrectly listed? If so, she may want to amend the filing.

Actually my math was wrong. I figured PA and MI instead of GA and MI but in either case Trump still needs those three states overturned. No 2 will do it.
There are actions in other states as well.
My thought when President Trump pardoned General Flynn was: “Great Timing!” Extraordinary “Chess Move” Mr. President!

I have been very harsh in my criticism of Powell on this site, and so on this site I wish to apologize to her.
I read her Georgia lawsuit and came away feeling hopeful. I commend her and give her praise and thanks for the job she is doing. SCOTUS may be the ultimate decider here, and Powell’s lawsuit puts us in a position to succeed there.
I pray to God to help her help our Nation.

Georgia was poised to receive a $10,875,912 grant from the EAC for Covid-19-related election expenses. (The EAC, a federal entity which also certifies U.S. election machines, hardware and software, has some clear and shocking conflicts-of-interest with its Advisory Board.) SoS Raffensperger assured the EAC that the funds will be used to “prevent, prepare for and respond to coronavirus, domestically or internationally, for the 2020 Federal election cycle.”

1. Powell field suits in both Georgia and Michigan.
2. The Chinese and Iranian involvement opens the door to FISA warrants.
3. One of the suits did mention possible counterfeit printing due to a missing watermark.
4. There was a net rumor story that the GA Republicans involved had profited off of a China mask and medical equipment deal.
Georgia’s Gov Kemp is apparently involved in the Covid supplies scheme......state officials send huge amounts of TAX DOLLARS to China under the cover of buying “Covid supplies,” then China launders the money into financial kickbacks for the officials’ family members, hedge fund, foundation, N/P and/or business entities.........
