Results of first-ever online Florida bar exam are out. Among 3,137 people who took the exam in October, the results showed 1,487 passing and being approved for admission to the Florida Bar.
Dayna Clarck who happened to be among the 1,487 people that passed the exam, took to Twitter to share an emotional video capturing her reactions to the moment she saw the result online.
Dayna couldn’t stop sharing tears of joy in the short video.
Looks like she never passed the buffet
I would not want this lady to be my lawyer.
If passing the bar exam was that tough and emotional, she is an underachiever.
Florida? Who gets in trouble in Florida?
No wonder she’s happy, she just got a liscense to print money.
C’mon man, what are you, a dog faced pony soldier? BLM now has another attorney, you should be happy. /s
“I think there are a lot of shyksters in Florida.”

A couple of BLM lawyers got busted throwing Molotov a cocktail, right?

Same here. Not great lawyer material, emotionally.

That’s not the part that would give me pause. The “recording my emotional reaction” part would.
LOL a nube, it figures.
I passed the bar exam on my first try but studying for it was very stressful. My law school had a 99% pass rate and while the odds were strongly in my favor and I had already secured a judicial clerkship for which bar admission was not a prerequisite, failing would have been an embarrassment and the thought of having to study for and take the exam a second time was dreadful. When I learned that I passed I breathed a sigh of relief and felt pride, but looking back I regret I did not do what the woman in this video did. I am not talking about becoming visibly emotional but rather thanking and praising Our Lord, Jesus Christ. I am very happy for her.
I’m pretty sure 80% of Freepers could pass the bar.
What does it take? Common sense and a sense of justice, rule of law and a little bit of research?
Do you have to go to school to take the test?
What is a lawyers favourite nursery Rhyme?
Not as easily as one might believe. There are proctoring tools for online testing.
Congrats to you and to her … it’s a tough thing to do. However, she punched one of my pet-peeve buttons. The term “esquire” is not proper usage for a woman, attorney or not. The title was originally applied to a well-to-do man who had no other title, such as Doctor, Reverend, etc. (Call me sexist, I don’t care 😉)
also maybe they have to go to a specific testing center and do it online there, like a technical certification test etc.
She passed on the first go-around. She's one of the better ones, not the worst ones.
Give her, her due. She did good.
