Biden leads Georgia by 10K votes as of last update.

I read what GP wrote and the two tweets. I’m not seeing these were votes cast- I’m seeing they are ineligible. The key is - did all or most of these CoA ballots get cast, OR are they marked as ineligible?
Nothing I read makes that clear.
Obviously, if over 130k INELIGIBLE votes were cast (no matter who they voted for) It’s a big damn deal- but Barris isn’t clear on that- at least to me.

Fulton County has 340,973 black voters.
Assuming at least 12% voted for Trump like in Florida.
Twelve percent of that is 40,916 votes.
I calc’d out what Perdue needed and it looked like he would easily reach 50%.
