SCARBOROUGH: There is no way to put this other than to say this election was Joe Biden winning looks like a one-off. This election for the most part was an absolute repudiation of the Democratic Party as a brand. Their brand doesnt work across most of America. It just doesnt. They got routed in Senate races they should have won. I mean, if you dont believe me, just look back at all of the predictions. Are Democrats going to win 9, 10, 11 Senate seats? The House results are perhaps even more shocking. Nobody thought that this was going to be close. The weekend before the election, Republican pollsters were talking about hemorrhaging support in suburbs and couldnt believe the numbers, they said, Were going to get destroyed. Well, it ended up they couldnt believe the numbers for a good reason. The numbers were wrong. And Kasie, this is going to have a profound impact over the next ten years. The state legislatures that Democrats thought they were going to gain, the state legislatures that Democrats lost, all of this is going to have a consequential impact on redistricting and the shape of the map over the next ten years."
Graham incredibly already said today Biden should get to pick his own cabinet.
Isn’t that how it normally works?
Is that how it worked for Trump?
Slo-Joe will be too busy picking his nose.
Our problems are wide and deepBiden is just a senile and pathetic symptom.
Agree. Obama and his goons that burn down our cities are much worse problem than Basement Joe.
Trump didn’t pick his own cabinet?
Id love it if the next speaker goes up takes pelosis gavel and break it over his or her knee
I’m pretty sure he did. He had a Republican Senate and I can’t remember one that wasn’t confirmed.
Biden is a pinata.
What? You want to hang him from a tree, and beat him with sticks till everthings spills out?
Linda, Cornyn, and the Turtle aren’t going to hold up any of Biden-Harris-Soros Administration picks. Too much money coming from Red China.
I gave him two months tops if he takes office. Then theyre going to bump him off. Then we get President Harris, who is a very angry woman of color. Thats when the real fun begins
Donald Trump will not be president in 2022. Donald Trump lost the election.
Joe Biden is ahead by tens of thousands of votes in Pennsylvania and Nevada and his lead is widening. His lead is growing in Georgia. It's over.
Oh, I feel much better now....
Trump didnt pick his own cabinet?
You don’t remember how long it took for POTUS to get his cabinet in place due to Senate delays? Graham is already suggesting Biden will have no issues. He never gave Trump that courtesy. In fact he threatened POTUS and told him not to fire Sessions because he wouldn’t have time to confirm his replacement.
Principles? Scarborough?
The Democrats lost seats in a variety of swing districts.
The Democrats that are left are old liberals like Pelosi and Hoyer. The newer younger ones are leftist nutjobs like AOC.
The Democrat agenda is going be “bad news” for Americans, who don’t give a crap about sexism, racism, and climate change. Also tax hikes are on the horizon.
“Thanks Karen” your golf ball sized brain has been acknowledged.
Gee, sounds like Joe sobered up enough for a moment of clarity before he goes back to his human life-preserver and Darwin Award Winner for MSNBC.
Trump did not lose the election. It was stolen. No conservative Republican will ever be POTUS again if we allow this brazen robbery to stand.
The Democrats haven’t been popular since the first term of Obama. They are lucky that Media still carries their water and republicans are cucks. They wouldn’t even have won back the House under Trump if it wasn’t for Paul Ryan and the pointless Mueller Report. Obama would have lost to Mitt if he even bothered to campaign in the home stretch (though he was basically the same as Obama anyway with less charisma so its not a huge loss).
The dems basically had to change how voting has been done for 200 years (mail out to ballots to every single person on voter roles) for the chance for Biden to win , and still had to stuff ballots in a bunch of states.
I was thinking more of a stake through the heart
Remember when President Trump told people to vote twice? He told them to vote by mail and then show up on Election Day at the polls to see if they were still on the list and then to vote again if they weren't. He also told people who voted by mail that they could change their vote if they went to the polls in person on Election Day.
Yeah, that was pretty dumb. Now he's going to argue a vote fraud? Look, Trump got shafted. We can all see that. But he brought some of this on himself.
Biden will be sworn in to office on January 20th. You can take this post to the bank. And for the next four years, Free Republic will be endlessly entertaining in fielding nonstop conspiracies about how the next great court judgment will remove Biden/Harris from office and replace Donald Trump by fiat in the White House.
Life will go on.
