On Saturday it was reported that a local Denver news producer and the news agency’s ‘bodyguard’ were taken into custody for the fatal shooting of a Trump supporter during dueling rallies on Saturday. What we didn’t discuss was the agitator who stirred up the mess and who has done it before, Jacob Kelly.

I agree with the situational awareness, but disagree with your conclusion. Both events were over and everybody was heading back to their cars. The police supporters should have just kept moving and shouldn't have stopped to interact with the agitators. Just ignore them and move on in groups if possible.

Not directly, but he was on camera being interviewed. At :44 into part 1/5 the sound guy drops a mike on pole for the interview of the agitator. At 1:06 into part 2/5 the agitator nods to the photographer. Parts 1 through 4 show the agitator working the crowds and leads up to the shooting in part 4. Part 5 has mumbo jumbo and can be ignored.

I did read something today that said that Pinkerton admitted they had him as a “contract worker” not an actual employee. Don’t know if that makes any difference.
