I am not sure I believe this or not, but it could be true.
It is sick out there and getting sicker.
What concerns me more is that there could be older kids out there of age 13 or so who are taking naked pictures of their younger siblings and sending them to someone for drug money or maybe for money to just to buy Cheetos, judging from how many obese kids there are these days.

Five year olds are installing apps and reading at that level?
I home schooled my kids and they were all reading well early and they’d not have been able to do this at this level at this age.
