Michigan Joins Pennsylvania – Will Accept Late Ballots for 14 Days After Election and Ballot Harvesting

And now Michigan Democrats joined their counterparts in Pennsylvania.

A Michigan judge on Friday said the state must accept ballots that arrive 14 days late after the November 3rd election.

The court also will allow ballot harvesting in Michigan. This tactic is illegal in most states.

It means anybody can turn in a vote for a prospective voter.

Democrats are stealing the election right before our eyes!

The Constitution says that election rules must come from state legislation. Judges are not state legislatures. Their ruling is null and void.

The Constitution Article I, section 4:

“The Times, Places and Manner of holding Elections for Senators and Representatives, shall be prescribed in each State by the Legislature thereof; but the Congress may at any time by Law make or alter such Regulations, except as to the Places of chusing Senators.”

I hope it never comes to that but if it does, the old saying about needing to “remove the head of the snake.” To me, that means the media, the extremist liberal colleges and universities, and etc. We’ve got to cut them off.

I am tired of hearing Hannity and others whining about ballot harvesting and voter fraud. All of these rulings especially NV and MI can be challenged in appeal courts. PA could be taken to a Fed court since that came down from the PA Supreme Court. Get a stay issued while it is being appealed. Do something because all I see is Trump and the GOP rolling over. What good does it do to whine about it when you are not fighting back. Even a stay would prevent states from mailing out the ballots. Either they are not really concerned about it and are just making a fuss to increase turnout, or they are pissing down our backs and telling us it is raining. Making an issues out of a non-issue. Do they really want to win?

Who here doesn't think the Democrats have insiders at the US Postal Service who will pre-postmark November 2nd on THOUSANDS of ballot envelopes? They have access to who voted and who didn't on November 3rd. So they then have 14 DAYS to stuff enough ballots with known non-voter names and drop off at the elections office (because there is also ballot harvesting). Heads should roll...literally...if this comes to pass.
