Ballot harvesters are usually driving Priuses or such type vehicle. Make it difficult for them to do pickup rounds at the dementia nursing homes where they are hanging out
There needs to be an executive order - 10 years minimum prison for anyone caught committing voter fraud. It worked for the tearing down of statues.
