The property.

Arson, even of property, is attempting homicide. Potentially murder

Which is more important, ignoring the law or enforcing it?

Not a valid set of choices. The crime of arson does not demand ones life as punishment.

The property of the business owner is something that he has traded a portion of his life to accumulate. His property IS his life. The arsonist is taking a portion of the owners life.

The life of the arsonist should be forfeit to protect the life that has been invested in the business.

I voted accordingly.

Should be worded, what is more important? The life of a business owner who is about to lose everything he had worked hard to build OR the life of a thug criminal who is about to commit a terrible crime that could endanger other human beings.

False dichotomy. The real dichotomy,my is a no-brainer.

Which is a valid right and freedom?

- The Right to have and protect one’s property and livelihood (a God-given right and freedom), or

- The “right” or freedom to destroy another’s property and livelihood (not a God-given right at all).

Lethal force can be used in cases of arson as the act can put multiple lives at risk.

My property is more important than some arsonists life.

Correct. The life of the arsonist is of highest importance! It should be protected either for the rest of the natural lifespan in a 6x8 foot cell or until the state can lawfully administer a lethal dose.

Attacking our property is attacking our freedom and the means by which we ensure and protect ourselves and our family.

A random individual doing it is one thing. A political movement doing it is another. In the one case there may be some forbearance. ln the other case the politiCal movement should be dealt with.

Not a valid set of choices. The crime of arson does not demand ones life as punishment.

Arson is different than just smashing your windows and looting your store. Fires kill people and you're allowed to respond lethally to defend against them.

There was a talk-show radio host that would talk about a peron’s “life energy”. The hours of their lives that were spent to pay for taxes, stolen items, etc. This destruction IS taking part of their lives.

In many states the term “self-defense” includes one’s property.
