Is it the Road To 270 in 2020? Yes! It's the Road to 270 in 2016? Yes! Actually you can be forgiven for confusing Steve Kornoacki's Roads To 270 with each other since they are virtually identical in their projection of the battleground states. Even Kornacki's mannerisms and giddy vocal intonations are identical. In fact, about the only way you can tell the difference between the two projections, one made on August 6, 2020 and the other on August 10, 2016 is that one has the name of Joe Biden on it and the other has the name of Hillary Clinton. Everything else is the same.
You would think that after the 2016 election results came in that poor Kornacki would have even a few moments of self-reflection or, dare I say, humility for making such laughably wrong predictions? But no, Kornacki has provided a repeat performance almost exactly four years later. Apparently he has not learned that August polling is notorious for being horribly wrong. However, this hasn't deterred him at all since you see him again plowing ahead with a repeat 2016 performance without even a hint of self-reflection.
Since Kornacki proved to be such a failure as a political prognosticator you would think that MSNBC would have removed him from that slot. However, we are grateful that he has remained in that position since he is providing great comedy fodder for the DUmmie FUnnies.
PING!
this asshat is doing it agasin?!!!
"Khaaaan!!" |
"Kornacki!!" |
We can laugh, but the Dems will not be as sanguine and complacent now as they were in 2016.
I think Kornacki was even wearing the same pair of pants both years.
Quite right!
Which raises the possibility that CWII will be divided not North and South over state rights but per Electoral College Blue and Red states over authoritarian government and individual rights.
As many here believed at the time, it appears there was indeed a purpose behind the MSM recently changing the traditional political colors of the states.

Kornacki said the national polls had not gotten the election results wrong. Overall, they predicted a 4 percentage-point win for Clinton in the popular vote; she won by 2 percentage points, which is well within the margin of error.
But polls in individual states didnt pick up the overwhelming enthusiasm for Trump among blue-collar whites and they overestimated Clintons support among college-educated whites, he said.
Still, a Clinton victory seemed a foregone conclusion based on pre-election polls, Election Day exit polls and even the early returns on election night. Then at around 9 p.m., as Kornacki was watching the returns from Florida, North Carolina and Virginia, Clintons path to the presidency began to unravel.
Id come off the set, and at that point Hillary Clinton was ahead by 110,000 votes in Florida. I clicked the refresh button about two minutes later and the margin had gone from 110,000 votes down to 4,000 votes, he said.
North Carolina went from looking like a narrow Clinton win to a Trump victory, and Virginia which was supposed to be an easy win for Clinton was too close to call.
At that moment its that feeling [that] every expectation and assumption youve made just dissolves, he said. I had to go on TV and describe what was happening, and I had about 30 seconds to recover my composure.

Why do I think of "snake oil salesman" and "curb your enthusiasm"? FYI: he appears to have decided that Joe has got Florida and, while I fear how close the 2018 Governor's election was, I think that is the wrong color but of course it was wrong on his 2016 map as well!
Can you say PUSH Projection and will Steve have his on-air job afterwards?
Give.
Me.
Strength.
He has Arizona, Florida, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin and Michigan flipping to Biden, and Texas, Iowa, Ohio and Georgia as tossups. He also has the one vote in Maine that went for Trump going to Biden and one electoral vote in Nebraska as a tossup.
With massive Communist Voter Fraud via "Mail-In Ballots", very likely.
WOW! A modern day PROPHET! Does God know? /s
