Tom Friedman has always been one of the dumbest commentstors around. His shtick has been to wait until something is blatantly obvious to everyone including 5 year-olds then Friedman acts like he just discovered something no one else understands. He’s gotten pretty far with that routine. Most of the time he’s just stupid though.
